Jet POV As soon as her head hit the pillow, her body went limp, and I knew her parents were speaking to her. It is so strange to watch her leave her body and spiritually visit them. The first time she did it, I thought she died. If it wasn’t for the bond, I would have believed it. “Is she okay?” Officer Hops asked, concerned. “Yeah, she isn’t very far along and all this just wore her out.” Kilo curled up next to her. Normally, I wouldn’t leave her body unprotected, but I knew that dog would not let anything happen to her. “Well, we should get going before it gets too late.” Officer Hops started walking out of the room.
