I didn’t have to turn around to see if Jet was following me. I could feel him. He was still mulling over his words, so I just kept ongoing. The kitchen was empty of people, but it was pretty late, so I wasn’t surprised. Opening the fridge, I found some leftover pasta. Putting that on a plate, I heated myself up some. Next, I went to the cabinet and grabbed a wine glass before pouring myself some. The dinger went off in the microwave, so I was able to get my food and sit down at the table off to the side to eat.
