  I hang my head outside the car as my hair swayed roughly with the wind. "Now this is what you call a vacation!" A wide smile appeared on my lips as I stared at the morning sun, going up slowly. There's the wide ocean also, staring at us as it stretched far and wide. "Harper we're not on a vacation. We're being chased by vampires who want me dead." Jay just got to ruin my mood. "Whatever. A loud explosion rang sharply in my ears, making me sprung my eyes shot as I quickly gasped for air. The ground shook, making some of my belongings fall down, making a clanging sound as it hit the ground. I can hear screams and cries outside, making my heart pound heavily. I gulped nervously, quickly dashing outside as each step made me feel more fear. My whole body was trembling and yet I forced myself to move, my legs felt numb but I kept running to where the explosion happened. A lot of the students went running away from where the incident happened, bumping on my shoulder as I tried to get there as fast as I can. But I felt shivers run down my spine as I saw what happened from afar. My tracks stopped, panting heavily as beads of cold sweat ran down my forehead.

The whole place was suddenly put in commotion when a young man kneeled down, opening a tiny box on his hand. Everyone gasped when they saw how mesmerizing the ring was. “Oh, Viscount Monleatre!
