I hang my head outside the car as my hair swayed roughly with the wind.

"Now this is what you call a vacation!" A wide smile appeared on my lips as I stared at the morning sun, going up slowly. There's the wide ocean also, staring at us as it stretched far and wide.

"Harper we're not on a vacation. We're being chased by vampires who want me dead." Jay just got to ruin my mood.

"Whatever. Out in school and fighting some pale-looking guys? That's still counted as a vacation, don't you think?" I asked Killian who was driving with a smile. 

"Of course. They're small fries. We can handle them just fine." He raised his hand and high five with me.
