“Jade, please don't do this.” Maria tried to take back the bags Jade was angrily packing up.

“Stay out my way, I'm warning you.” Jade picked one of the already packed bags.

“What about Mr. Stone?” Maria planted herself in front of her, trying to stop her from walking out.

“He doesn't want me here, I'm leaving.” Jade plainly said. “I'm tired of being rejected and taken for granted when all I give him is love.”

“He is just mad, I'm very sure he is working on finding out the truth. Please be patient.”Maria begged.

“For how long? Honestly, this time, I'm really done.” Jade pushed her aside and angrily opened the door.

“Ma’am!” Maria went after her.

“Where do you think you're going to?” Xavier asked from behind.

Jade stopped in her tracks and quickly turned to look at him. “I'm leaving.”

Xavier looked at her with no expression. “I'm sure you know how this goes, I've threatened you a quite good number of times. Don't make me actualize them today.”
