Chapter 16

Jade quickly put on her knittens and opened the small oven in her tiny kitchen.

The hot air lightly hit her face as she pulled out a tray of baked bread.

She smiled to herself for such an achievement because she was still learning and had a long way to go.

“Oh my!" She quickly dropped it on the kitchen counter and rushed to the pot on the fire, turning it off.

She breathed a breath of relief when she realized her beef didn't burn at all.

“Now for my soup" She picked her basket with a smile and headed out of the cabin door.

Her little cabin stood on a little hill.

She was so glad she got it the moment she found this place. It was peaceful and surrounded by beautiful meadows.

With simple farm sandals and a weaved basket in her hand, she set out for the nearby market.

She was surrounded by mostly farms so everyone buys fresh food from the market.

She located her favorite stand in an instant.
