Joshua's sharp gaze swept across the room in the direction Sean had pointed at, where Natasha was. "Oh? Did you see where the person went?"

He could only vaguely make out a woman with a nice figure sitting in the corner. The lighting was dim, so he didn't manage to catch sight of her face.

Joshua was just too lazy to take a better look at her. He shifted his gaze subconsciously. That woman couldn't possibly be the professor from Radiance.

"Sorry, I guess my age caught up with me. I didn't notice who the person was. I only saw the invitation card," Sean said apologetically, also looking away from the corner.

"By the way, how is your company's new drug research going?" Sean asked Joshua, changing the topic.

Their voices gradually grew farther and farther away. Natasha put her glass of champagne down and slowly rose to her feet. She then headed toward the back exit.

It wouldn't do for her to stay on in case she got caught by Joshua.
