Thinking Of You

Debbie plans to buy a farm with huge hectares. She’s planning to build it as another source of income; an additional asset. She starts building her business plan for Home Farm. She doesn’t want to disclose to the team yet nor to the public.

She calls Abby to accompany her to Home Farm that’s 300 km away from the CityMall. They’ll go direct to the farm early in the morning.  Abby even though hesitant, she joins Debbie on the farm trip.  The later haven’t told yet why they will go there. Abby volunteer driving since it’s a long trip to undertake. While on the road, Debbie does her normal work. Calling and taking calls from clients and doing other business transactions.

The trip took a total of four days to finish the work including the travel time back and forth.  When they arrived on the farm early evening at 3pm, Debbie met the owner and his staff. They have private discussion for two hours. Debbie decides and paid in half of Pete’s farm.

 While waiting for Debbie, Abby rest for an hour. As the evening came, Debbie book a hotel nearby.  Instead of taking one bedroom, she was push to get two connecting rooms. It’s all because Abby refuse to share with her a king size bed or twin bed neither.

‘It’s best to take two separate rooms so that you can rest well. No disturbance on your side.’ Debbie respect Abby’s decision. But deep within her, she wants to be with Abby in one room during their stay.

Next day morning, Debbie and Abby visits Home Farm and in the afternoon at 4pm, Debbie again have a two hours meeting with Pete for details, status and upcoming plans. Abby was in the hotel working on her reports.

Day 3, the all morning Debbie was asleep. Abby while waiting for Debbie’s directive, she continues her reports. When Abby felt that Debbie got enough sleep, she went to Debbie’s room and brought her lunch. Debbie smile while taking time to eat while Abby was just there watching Debbie’s pretty face.  ‘Uh, do we have any work this afternoon? If we don’t have any, can I suggest if you and I go to the swimming pool and have some relaxation together? It will only take 2 hours of your time. Would you like?

Debbie to Abby; ‘Absolutely that’s what I need nowadays. Just please give me one hour for my system to be ready. Abby replied: ‘You want me to go out?  Debbie, ‘Nope, stay here. I know that you’re doing your work while waiting for me. Debbie sat beside Abby in the sofa. ‘Just relax Abby. I will not do anything that will put you in trouble. Unless, we’ll both agree to do something naughty, Debbie smile and winks at her. ‘Uh, let me get something, just give me a minute. Abby went to her room and took the Ukulele. ‘I want to dedicate this song for you. I hope you will like it.’ Abby begin playing the instrument and sing “Just the Way You Are.” 

“My lovely Madam, I hope you like my rendition, Abby sigh. ‘Of course, I sincerely love it. You are way excellent than Bruno Mars.’ Debbie hold Abby’s hand and kiss it. “Thank you for everything Abby.” Debbie pulls her hand up and said, come on let’s dive in now to the pool and relax.

Before evening comes, Debbie has clever plan.  She wants Abby to stay with her in bed. So, she said to Abby that they will take dinner by 6pm. The pair went to the hotel dining area. Past 7pm, Debbie pretend dizzy and got back pains. She calls Abby on phone; that’s she’s not feeling well. Abby then went to her and sat beside her bed. Looking worried, she said to Debbie, ‘I’ll get some medicines or shall I call a doctor?  Debbie, straight away said ‘No, don’t worry I’m not dying yet. But can I request a favor? Can you stay with me now so I can sleep perhaps?’

Abby feeling anxious said, ‘Okay. Uh, since you are feeling sick, I will just be here with you throughout the night.’ So as they prepare to sleep. Abby sat down and begin touching Debbie’s head and massage it. She touches Debbie’s back to relieve any pain. While Debbie’s wearing her white nighties, she doesn’t have lingerie on her top; she enjoys the gentle massages of Abby. When she felt Abby was about to stop, she sat down on the bed and lean towards Abby. She looks at her, touch her cheeks and gently starts kissing her lips.

Abby didn’t respond to her kiss. She just allows Debbie to kiss her for almost one minute. She doesn’t want Debbie to feel rejected. She politely held her hand and said to her, ‘Wait, do you really want to do this? Are you sure? Debbie replied, ‘Yes I want this and I am sure.’ Looking intensely at Abby, she adds, ‘Can we continue now?’ They both felt the passion and they gently kiss each other. Debbie whispers to Abby’s ears, “I have been waiting for this moment to happen Abby.” With teary eyes, Abby kiss her and embrace her tightly.

Abby pause and said: “I guess you need to sleep now. So, you will have a good night rest. Don’t worry I will sleep beside you until morning come.” They both hug each other.

On their fourth day, Debbie kisses Abby on her cheeks and lips. Abby respond to her kisses too. They’re happy and caressing each other’s hair. “Thank you Abby for staying with me on this long and dreary trip.”

While Abby’s driving back, she asks about Jenny’s dad. Debbie begins telling her love story. ‘Seven years ago I’m happily married to Edward but last two years, he gets into a tragic car accident and died on the spot. Jenny didn’t see her father after giving birth. The next two days he died. There was a speculation that some friends plot to kill him because of his wealth. But I didn’t go through digging in because it’s no use at all. Instead, for the past two years I’ve focused myself in building my properties – CityMall. I have more plans and praying to succeed on the process. I’m pretty sure you are hearing a lot of stories about my attitude towards my staff.’

Abigail felt sorry for what she heard. She crack jokes by teasing her if she will marry again? ‘I do not know. If true love will find me, why not! Abigail being funny, ‘Debbie, if in any case, will you marry me?’ She took her hand and kiss. They smile. Before Debbie say a word, Abby said, ‘It’s alright, I’m only joking.’

Work days are normal again with these two. Nobody in the office knows where they’re gone. Sarah decides to talk to Abby again.  She initiates conversations. Abby in her kind nature, didn’t hold any grudges against her.  So they become friends again.
