3: Skylar’s POV

I was shocked to have seen Kylie at practice but I was ecstatic. I was even more shocked to find out that Amanda, the girl from my class earlier, was also on the team. I legit thought she would hate me after completely killing her ego in class but surprisingly she was the most welcoming person on the whole team. I had talked to her after and apologized for being so rude earlier. I tried to explain that I thought she was just another stuck up rich kid but honestly I think she was too busy staring at my chest to notice. Somehow I convinced Kylie to ride with me to Mackey's after that. Her arms had been wrapped tightly around me and I was in heaven the whole ride. We had arrived at Mackey's and put the helmets away but she remained next to the bike as I took a step toward the restaurant.

"Are you best friends with my bike now?" I chuckled causing a blush to creep onto her cheeks

"Uh, Uh, no I, I." She stuttered causing me to grab her hand

"Cmon let's get some food." I said feeling the gentle touch of her hand in mine

I pulled her in the right direction before releasing her hand even though I didn't want to. Neither of us commented on this action as we made our way inside to the table where our teammates were waiting.

"There you are!" Amanda smiled as she wrapped her arms tightly around me

"You found me!" I joked as I hugged her back before we parted

Her boobs felt nice against my chest and all but I felt more of a connection holding Kylies hand for half a second than I did hugging her.

"Ya know I wanted to tell you I really meant what I said earlier. You're really hot and I was wondering if you'd wanna sneak off somewhere private after this." Amanda tried whispering in a seductive tone but failed

"I'm sorry I'm still not interested." I whispered back before placing my hand on Kylies shoulder and leading her to two empty seats where we sat side by side

Kylie seemed irritated but I couldn't figure out why, I mean she was fine a few minutes ago. Did she hear what Amanda whispered and get jealous? I mean I doubt it, she might even think I'm attractive but she's definitely straight. I mean honestly why did I even turn Amanda down, she's a hot and feisty ginger who wants to sleep with me and I'm currently single as fuck.

"Hey you okay?" Kylie asked placing her hand over mine causing me to blush

Can she read minds?

"Yeah I'm good." I replied enjoying the feeling of her touch

"Good." She whispered before removing her hand

Dinner was good and everyone seemed to like me for the most part. Kylie had acted strange for most of the time whenever we'd touch which was really giving me whiplash at this point. One minute we're holding hands the next we can't accidentally bump shoulders, like what the hell is going on? When everyone finished we said our good byes to one another until I was alone with Kylie again.

"Would you wanna go do something with me?" I blurted out

She raised an eyebrow as she turned to me "Such as?"

Fuck, didn't think of that, shit, why did I ask if I didn't plan anything, FUCK ME.

"Oh, uh, well I was gonna ask you to help me with the science homework." I replied with a cheesy smile

"You finished it in class." She replied laughing now

Shit.

"You're right, I just couldn't think of anything to do." I replied as heat burned my cheeks

"Why do you want to spend time with me so badly?" She asked with a small smile

I bit my lip before speaking "You're really cute."

She froze for a second and then blushed "Thank you, I, Uh."

I quickly went it to kiss her but she moved completely dodging me.

I quickly stepped back and looked at the ground "I, Uh, I'm sorry."

Quickly I ran to my bike and started it up before throwing on my helmet and starting the bike.

"Sky wait!" She yelled as I drove away unable to handle the confrontation of my mistake

Fuck what was that? You met her hours ago, what the fuck sky? Did you really think you'd be able to seduce her? You should've known better, straight girls don't kiss girls I mean it's literally just how it is. I groaned and sped up as I headed toward my house.

I had basically been unable to not think about trying to kiss Kylie since it happened. It had been two days and I had somehow managed to avoid her everywhere except class where she wouldn't think of bringing something like that up. I had missed her but I was too embarrassed to actually face her. I had hidden myself so well by running any and every time she came within eyesight of me. Practice was a bit more tricky though as I was forced to talk to her. We weren't ever really alone though luckily which is probably the only reason it hasn't happened yet. It was now day three of avoiding her and I was confident I could do this at least long enough for her to not bring it up when I was forced to talk to her. As my last class ended I headed into the hall where Kylie was waiting. She looked extremely nervous as she came up to me and bit her lip.

"Can we please talk?" She whispered

I scratched the back of my neck and sighed "After practice?"

"Okay." She smiled before disappearing down the hall

"Fuck." I groaned as I hit my fist against the wall

"You okay?" A feminine voice asked from behind me

I turned to find Amanda looking at me, concern evident in her face.

"I'm fine," I grumbled as I had an idea "but I was wondering if you'd wanna find a place we can be alone before practice?"

She smirked and took my hand pulling me down the hall. We stopped outside a one person bathroom where she knocked before pulling me inside. She quickly licked the door before kissing me hard on the mouth. I kissed back, feeling no spark, no connection, just lust as I began kissing down her neck.

"Yes Sky." She moaned as she reached for the button of my pants

She expertly undid them and pulled them down along with my underwear before getting on her knees in front of me. She began kissing back and forth on my thighs, teasing me as she got closer and closer. Suddenly she started sucking on my clit and within minutes I came moaning loudly enough that anyone in the hallway could hear. I quickly checked the time realizing we'd need to leave now to make it to practice and pulled my pants up.

"I'm sorry but we need to go now." I said as I exited the bathroom quickly

She followed me out and caught up to me "What the fuck are you serious?"

"I'm seriously not gonna be late to practice Amanda." I grumbled as I ran into the locker room where our teammates were getting ready

A few moments later when I was ready I saw Kylie come in and she completely ignored me as she walked by.

I followed her out and caught up to her "Hey!"

She looked over at me, her eyes dull "Hey."

"Excited for practice?" I asked with a smile

"No." She replied shortly

We remained silent after that until practice began. Coach had us run warm ups, do drills and work on plays before we circled up and then she dismissed us. As I grabbed my stuff Kylie came up to me and smiled.

"Hey, are you ready to talk now?" She asked looking at the ground

"Yeah, I brought my car today we can talk there." I replied pulling my bag over my shoulder

"Lead the way." She said with a small smile

We easily made our way to the car in silence, both of us nervous as hell and awkward as fuck. I don't know why she's so nervous when I'm the one that tried to kiss her I mean she's got all the power in this situation not me. When we arrived at the car and climbed in she looked over at me and sighed.

She looked at her hands in her lap and said "So about dodging your kiss the other day.."
