2: Kylie’s POV

"Thank you Kylie, are you okay?" Asked her angelic voice as we reached the door

"Yep, see you in a bit." I mumbled nervously as a blush kept onto my face

Before she could notice I half ran away into the crowd leaving me alone with my thoughts. Lunch had been quite awful, I mean Aria and Sky had flirted for most of it, not that I care. I just feel like they got closer in minutes than we have all day, god I sound crazy. I also was shocked to find out Sky is gay which I mean is great for her not like I'm interested though. As her face popped into my mind I couldn't help but admire her beauty as I had all day since I met her. You know what scratch everything I've thought and said, I might not be gay but god does she have an effect on me I can't explain. I know what you're thinking, "you just met her" well yeah that's true, but if you met her you'd understand.

My last two classes were boring as hell but seeing Sky in between sure helped. We had quickly said our goodbyes after last period before running off to our after school activities and I was honestly a little sad I wouldn't see her again until tomorrow. After putting on my gear for soccer and running out to the field I quickly realized I wouldn't be waiting until tomorrow to see Sky again.

"Kylie? Oh my god you didn't tell me you were on the team!" Sky said excitedly as she ran over to me

I couldn't help but check her out, I mean cmon her gym shorts were showing off her long tan legs and her sports bra left her flat toned stomach in open view. It should be illegal for anyone to look this good in practice clothes it's really not fair.

"Kylie?" She asked with a smirk as I looked up meeting her sparkling blue eyes seemingly full of curiosity

I opened my mouth to speak and stuttered out "Y-yeah sorry you, I, just was surprised to see you."

She laughed softly before whispering "Is that why you were checking me out?"

She winked as the coach blew her whistle much to my benefit since my face was probably as red as a tomato at this point. Practice went pretty well and watching Skylar play was only moderately distracting.

She's one hell of a soccer player and she handled the ball with such grace that it's hard not to stare. A lot of my teammates had taken notice and had begun asking me about her. The more questions they asked the more I realized I hardly knew anything. I mean we just met today so it makes sense but for some reason I feel like I need to know her, like really know her.

"Circle up!" My coach yelled breaking me from my thoughts

Quickly the whole team gathered around the center circle of the field. Skylar stood to my right and seemed rather anxious at first glance.

"You okay?" I whispered

She turned to me slightly, a small smile playing on her lips "Just nervous to find out if I made the team."

"I'm sure you did, you're amazing, and you were practically running circles around some of the other girls." I whispered in her ear causing a slight blush to fill her pale face

"Thank you." She whispered as coach started speaking

"Good practice today girls, you all worked extremely hard and I'm proud." She began before pausing and looking at Skylar who had went from pale to white "Skylar I'm pleased to welcome you to the team, congratulations! Now everybody go hit the showers or something y'all smell."

We all laughed before putting our hands in the center of the circle before throwing them up while yelling "Go Wolves!"

As everyone started getting their stuff my teammate Amanda yelled "Team dinner at Mackey's at six if you can attend! We should get to know Skylar now that she's part of our family, also I'm just really fuckin hungry!"

A few cheers erupted before everyone went back to what they were doing. Everyone except Sky of course who was now chatting with Amanda. She placed her hand on Amanda's shoulder while laughing about something she had said sending a pang of jealousy through me. I quickly shook my head clearing the thoughts before standing. I really need to calm down, she's hot and I'm more interested in her in 24 hours than I've been in anyone but I barely even know her, I'm being ridiculous. She waved to Amanda before running over to me, a huge smile filling her face

"Hey! Do you want a ride to Mackey's?" She asked with a cute grin

"Sure." I smiled as a million thoughts flew through my mind

Oh my god, she asked me to ride alone in a car with her, oh my god. What if I say something stupid? What if I accidentally fart? Oh my god what if I Fuck it up, why did I say yes, fuck, fuck, fuck, Fuck.

"You okay?" Sky asked causing me to return back to earth and realize she was now only inches from me

"Uh, fuck, yeah, I-I'm good." I stuttered before heading towards the locker room with her

"Ya know, that's the first time I've heard you swear all day." She chuckled

I don't usually swear much but I'm just lucky I was coherent enough to understand. I stutter a lot when I'm nervous and a hot girl, well Skylar at least, inches from my face definitely makes me nervous. We quickly showered and changed in the locker room before making our way to the parking lot

"There's my baby." Skylar said with a smirk as we approached a beautiful black sports bike

"Wait, are we taking this to Mackey's?" I questioned my face now probably as pale as Sky's when we circled up

"Yep, here put this on." She said handing me the helmet she was holding, wow, how did I not notice that before

Probably because you were too busy checking Skylar out you idiot. I watched her pull another helmet much smaller than mine from the side holder before putting it on. Swiftly in one motion she hopped on the bike while smirking at me and patted the seat behind her.

I gulped before pulling the helmet on "Please don't kill me."

"No promises." She joked before starting the bike causing a few people to look our way

She turned to look at me and yelled over the roar of the bike "Hold on tight!"

Don't have to tell me twice, my arms were around her waist in about .5 seconds.

She pulled out of the parking lot with ease and took us onto a side road I had only been down a handful of times. As we drove the houses mixed together like spilled paint and the wind blew through our hair. Our bodies were pressed tightly together due to my grip on her waist and I could feel heat riding to my cheeks. I did not know why or how but in this moment I knew I wouldn't be able to ignore it this time.

I had liked a girl long ago but I hadn't accepted myself yet and was scared of what everyone would think of me. I broke it off and said somethings I would rather forget. I never saw her again after that, not that I blamed her. I've changed a lot since then, I mean I had to grow up. I only wish I had one chance to apologize though because I really did love her and I really hope she's happy. Happiness is rare in these days and if anyone deserves to be happy it's her.

Liking girls is still weird to me though, I mean I was just always attracted to guys. I've never actually slept with anyone but like it just gets so confusing and I'm about ready to try both and settle this endless conversation in my head. This endless back and forth arguing with myself that hasn't stopped since the beautiful blonde girl that I'm currently clinging onto for dear life met eyes with me in the office this morning.
