Chapter 11: Proud

I shoved him away when I came back to my senses. My visions darted to his face when I opened my eyes. He looks stunned as to why I unexpectedly interrupted him. I understand that I shouldn’t have halted him, but I can’t for now.

I still have a lot of obligations and dilemmas that I need to fulfill. This can wait, but my obligations and dilemmas are not, and I hope that he can understand my side. I yearned to convey myself, but not now because it’s excessively abrupt for that.
