Chapter Four

"Welcome back honey, how was work?" Mia asked immediately Frank entered the sitting room.

"Fine as usual!"Frank grumbled!

"Is anything the matter? Mia asked.

"No, i'm just tired and wanna have some rest, okay?" Frank announced and walked into the bedroom.

"Something is strange about him," Mia thought and followed him into the bedroom.

"Frank!" What's the problem? Mia asked but got no reply from Frank, who pulled off his clothes.

"Frank, i'm asking a question, and i demand explanation," mia thundered.

"Mia, leave me alone, i said I'm tired okay?"

"No, it ain't okay, frank!"

"Shut up Mia, just shut up and don't try to be annoying right now."

"Am I annoying Franklin?" What's wrong with you?. "I just wanted to know if you had a bad day at work," mia said sweetly.

"Forget it, i'm leaving the room for you," Frank announced with anger and went back to the sitting room. This weakened Mia and she slumped onto the bed. Since the two years of their union he hasn't ever acted this way. Something is wrong and Mia thought to find out. "Let me just give him some space, and go arrange dinner for him. "He wouldn't wanna miss my food and would eventually open up after the meal." she concluded and headed to the kitchen.

Frank sat in the sitting room recalling the little romance he had with victoria in the elevator. "The taste of her lips, the smell of her hair and scent of her skin. "How could he not see that all the while they were still together, how come he missed all this", Frank thought blaming himself as their brief romance kept on replaying in his head. He Scattered his hair and cursed. The way she pleaded with his name and responded to his touches was driving him crazy. He needs her and might go crazy if he doesn't have her in his hands. He is still in love with this lady, he can't help it... He was only blinded by lust then. He concluded that he wouldn't risk the opportunity of losing her again as he did before. He is going to fight for what is his. Thank God he hasn't seen any guy around. She seems single and not yet taken, she did come back to him still intact and accessible which he wouldn't miss, Frank thought with a smile and rejoiced inside him. Unknown to him that he would soon receive the biggest shock of his life that might make him nuts.

"Honey, i have arranged dinner, it's your favorite," Mia announced and sat near Frank looking sexy with transparent lingerie that hardly covered her body.

"I'm not hungry, i'm full!"

"Wait, did you eat outside?"

"No I didn't!"

"Why are you rejecting my food then?" Mia asked.

"I just don't have the appetite," Frank replied.

"Oh boy!" i understand what you really want right now. "Why didn't you make a move and come for it earlier?" Mia asked erotically and started caressing Frank. He found it irritating and pushed her away. "Get some decency, Mia, you have a kid at home. "What if he barges into you looking like this?" Frank asked.

"Oh my God!" Mia exclaimed as she lost it. "Since when huh, frank? "When did this start? "I mean we almost did this everyday and everywhere not minding if our son would see us or not, this is how you always wanted me to look for you and you never cared," Mia stated bitterly.

"It was then Mia, not anymore... "In fact! all you know and care about is Sex. "Just go get a job or something, be like other women out there that are making it for themselves," Frank advised and started heading outside the house.

"Frank!"

"Please Mia, i need fresh air, don't follow me," Frank warned and continued on his journey.

"What's the meaning of all this?" Mia asked herself looking embarrassed and humiliated.

"Is he seeing someone else now? "Is another person trying to take over my home just as I did to Victoria? "No it Can't be!" Nemesis ain't meant to catch up with me, i loved something and went for it. "I never did Victoria any bad, i only took what was rightfully mine from the start. "Frank is mine and will be forever." So any person involved with him wouldn't like the outcome of it, because I'm going to kill any person that tries to take Frank from me, that's a promise," Mia said in her heart and clenched her teeth.

"Mom!" someone called and startled Mia who was lost in thoughts.

"Kelvin, you are still awake," I thought you were sleeping?" Mia asked.

"Did you have an argument with Dad?" Kelvin asked back.

"No i didn't honey, everything is fine."

"No mom, it's obvious!"

"You're just three and wouldn't understand. "Go and sleep okay?"

"Okay mom!"

"Good night baby!"

"Good night mom!" Kelvin replied and went back into his room. Mia sighed a relief and headed to the bedroom to have a cool shower, so she could calm down her head.

"Hello Sweetie, i'm home," someone announced immediately he got inside the house.

"Oh my God! Derrick!" Victoria screamed and jumped on the handsome tall figure that stood with a smile, and hands wide open.

"I missed you!" Victoria confessed and captured his lips in a hot passionate kiss.

"Same here!" Derrick replied amidst the kiss.

"You took me by surprise, i never knew you were coming back today. "Why didn't you mention it over the phone?" Victoria asked as she broke off the kiss.

"It is supposed to be a surprise, sweetie!" The most important thing is that I'm here right now okay?"

"Okay, babe!"

"Look what I got for you," Derrick said and brought out a wrapped box.

"Umn!" That should come later, i really need some sugar right now," Victoria announced, licking her lips and tugging on Derrick's shirt.

"I totally understand and thank the stars I came back prepared for, you are totally getting naughtier as the day progresses. "I can now boldly call you a bad girl."

"Whatever Babe, just come quench the flame of desires that are surging through me," Victoria urged licking Derrick lips lightly.

"Then your wish is my command, i don't want you begging to be freed this time around."

"No, that's the past, what you don't know is that I'm way more stronger now," Victoria replied and rubbed her nose on Derrick's own as he carried her into the bedroom, kissing her all over.

"It's sure going to be so hot!" Victoria thought with happiness...

Frank sat beside the pool in his compound sipping a bottle of alcohol, he started recalling how he first met Victoria. "Hi I'm Victoria!" we just packed into the neighborhood, and I hope we can be friends," a pretty looking young girl said and stretched out her right hand as she approached frank, who sat on a chair at the roadside.

"What makes you think so?" Frank asked finding her words funny.

"I mean I'm a pretty looking girl, like very pretty and hot, who would resist making friends with me," she replied.

"If it's so, why haven't you gotten friends crowding around you by now?" An amused frank asked.

"Eh mm, i don't know but before the weeks runs out, I'm sure going to make tons of friends," Victoria replied.

"Don't think about that, It isn't like this here! "Go read your books."

"Excuse me! "I'm Nineteen and done with high school." Victoria announced with irritation.

"What about college then? Frank asked.

"I'm working towards that, there isn't any money on grounds for it right now." Victoria replied.

"Then go make some money and stop looking for friendship. "The lines you are using are so boring, I mean make your friendship offer more enticing, not going about saying boring lines to people." Frank advised, finding her words boring.

"Whatever, I don't care, Victoria replied feeling pissed off.

"Why would you? "What even makes you think you are hot? Or are you here to ask me on a date because you cannot resist my physique and Charm." Frank asked with a wink.

"That's not it Mister!" Victoria replied biting her lips with frustration. " infact I'm sorry for stopping you earlier, you are just a bad choice anyways," Victoria said and started leaving with face red from anger and embarrassment, which made frank laugh.

"The name is Franklin, and nice meeting you," Frank screamed after her, but she shrugged her shoulders and continued leaving to her destination. Frank recalled all this as he sat beside his pool and started smiling.

"Oh how much he has missed this drama queen," he thought and sipped his alcohol again. The good old days when he hasn't messed up. He hopes to make everything right, forgetting that he already has a son with Mia.

"What's keeping him outside, it's been two hours already," a worried Mia thought. She came outside and looked around until she sighted at Frank sitting beside the pool.

"Frank, let's go in, it is late already," Mia said as she approached him.

"Go in, i'm coming to join you soon." Frank replied reluctant still sipping his wine.

"What do you mean frank?" Mia asked with hands akimbo in front of Frank.

"You heard me clearly," frank thundered feeling pissed off.

"I'm sorry for trying to look out for you, i'm going to know my limits now," Mia said and started sobbing as she left.

"What have I gotten myself into," Frank asked no one and cursed. He packed his things and went inside with Mia.
