Chapter three

It's been two weeks since Victoria started working with the AZ organization. Frank hasn't been making it easy for her, she seems to see him wherever she goes in the company.

The other day he trapped her down in the garage, seeking her attention before one of the workers came along and gave her the chance to escape.

She wondered what was going to be today's own predicament with him. Ever since she showed up, he hasn't been himself and always wanted attention from her which isn't going to happen.

Today is the company's board meeting with the shareholders. They want an analyst of the company's growth and development for the half of the year already.

Victoria made sure she dressed to kill, putting on a straight pencil black short skirt and black designer long sleeve shirt to match. She packed most of her hair in a bun and left the rest that scattered here or there. She looked so young for a twenty five years old woman. She applied light make and an alluring lip gloss that made her pouty full pink lips inviting and juicy. She wore silver strapless heels that adorned her spotless milkish skin color and suited her long graceful straight legs so well.

She is the definition of beauty and she can proudly brag about it.

"I like what I'm seeing," she remembered telling herself after she looked at her appearance in the dressing mirror in her room earlier before she came to work.

"Good morning ma'am,"Doreen greeted.

"Morning Doreen, have everything been made ready?.

"Yes ma'am," the board meeting is about to get started.

"Oh my God!" Victoria exclaimed and checked her time.

"8:55am! Let's hurry, i'm extremely late," Victoria panicked and started rushing towards the elevator. They got into one and it took them to the top floor.

"I'm sorry everyone for my lateness. "Good morning Sir!" Victoria greeted Mr Elijah.

"Good morning sir!" Doreen greeted.

"Good morning Ms.Victoria, you and your assistant are extremely late. "Is that the first impression you are going to show the board members?"

"We are sorry, i sincerely apologize on behalf of me and my assistant," Victoria said and bowed her head avoiding Frank's eyes that stared intently at her.

"No ma!" I'm meant to apologize on our behalf," Doreen stated.

"Don't worry, i have already done that," Victoria replied. She thanked her stars that it was only Mr.Frank, Mr.Mark, Mr.Victor and the general financial secretary Miss Rose George and Mr Elijah, that had arrived at the meeting arena.

After a while the shareholders all arrived and sat down. "Good morning, and welcome to the general board meeting for half of the year, a new personality joined us, she has taken the place of the former HR, that got dismissed from work a month ago. "She is also going to take us through the meeting. "Please Miss Victoria Smith greet the board members," Mr Elijah said gesturing towards Victoria, she stood up and bowed.

"Good Morning everyone", welcome to the half of the year's general board meeting. "I am Victoria Smith, the new Human Resource Manager," Victoria introduced.

"You're highly welcome," the board members chorused.

"Thank you everyone, it's a pleasure to work with you all. "I hope I work diligently to everyone's satisfaction. "I want to proceed to the analysis of every activity that has been going on in this organization," Victoria said and took some files from Doreen, her assistant. She started analyzing all the activities that has occurred on the digital white board in front of everyone, and explained them so well with confidence and grace.

This made her gain admiration from everyone seated there including frank.

"Is this what I couldn't bring out, but in return almost killed? Frank asked himself feeling guilty.

"Please Mr Frank, can you come up to take over and explain about the financial analysis better," Victoria said, cutting Frank's thought. Frank stood up and went to talk more about it. He started explaining the analysis but didn't remove his eyes from Victoria. Mr Elijah whispered something into Victoria's ears which made her blush and look down. Frank noticed it and became red with anger, he nearly lost control but held himself back. Victoria later looked at Mr Elijah and winked before smiling, this wasn't noticeable as they sat next to the other. Frank only noticed it because he was watching Victoria's moves.

Mr Elijah tugged her hair a bit before giving her a wink, she almost burst into laughter but held herself back. By now Frank was already done with his own part in the meeting and was sitting down boiling with anger. The board meeting came to an end and everyone started leaving. Victoria stayed behind to greet and get to know the board members, and also avoid crossing paths with Frank, as she knows that all her flirtations with Mr Elijah, didn't go unnoticed by him. But unknown to her, he hanged around a corner waiting for her to come out.

Later Victoria finished with the formalities and left Mr Elijah with the board members. She headed towards the elevator, opened it and she went in, but before it would close, Frank went inside.

"Oh my God!" she exclaimed feeling scared. "What do you want? She asked at alert.

"You of course, I know you do know," Frank replied coming close.

"Don't come any closer to me," Victoria warned, taking a step backwards.

"Calm down honey, no need to panic," I'm not going to bite.

"No Frank! Stop coming closer," Victoria said and continued moving backwards until her back hit the elevator wall.

"I know why you are scared, because your flirts with Mr Elijah. "You know it didn't go unnoticed by my watchful eyes," Frank whispered in her ears and tugged a strand of hair that covered her beautiful oval face.

"Frank, I," Victoria tried to say.

"Shhhhhhh!" Frank hushed and placed a finger on her lips.

"You don't know how much I have missed you honey," Frank said erotically and used his finger to brush lightly over Victoria's neck which sent shivers down her spine.

"Please stop it, Frank!" Victoria said weakly.

"You cannot even resist me honey, is it how much you miss me?" Frank asked, kissing her lightly on her lips while using his finger to brush over her nipples that had hardened under the shirt she wore.

"Please," she weakly begged but that didn't stop frank from devouring her full supple lips, that kept inviting him as he couldn't remove his eyes from it.

"Frank!" Victoria called amidst the kiss, but Frank deepened it which she responded to as she couldn't resist the urge any longer. The elevator stopped and jerked them out of their romance. Victoria quickly pushed Frank away and ran out of the elevator. He cursed and scattered his hair.

He cannot hold himself anymore, she is driving him crazy. He pressed on the elevator and continued heading to his floor.

Victoria rushed into her office, before she noticed the first three undone buttons on her shirt. She quickly buttoned them fully aware that Frank undid them in the elevator. "Thank God no one saw them. "What is wrong with him? "No this is not it, I need to call and urge Derrick to come back faster before i would fall back into his irresistible claws," Victoria thought and dialed Derrick's Mobile number, he immediately picked it up.

"Hello Sweetie," his husky voice said over the phone.

"Hi honey!" How are you? Victoria asked.

"I'm good," Derrick replied.

"How about you? Derrick asked.

"I'm not fine Derrick, when are you coming back? "I miss you so much."

"Don't worry about that any longer, i'm going to be in your hands very soon."

"How soon?" Victoria asked.

"Stop worrying, i don't want any wrinkles on your beautiful face, okay? "I'm going to keep to my promise. "What should I buy for you before coming back?.

"Anything of your choice, you know how I tend to like any gift of your choice you do get for me.

"Alright baby", It's done. "I need to head to a meeting right now, i am going to call you when i'm done with it," Derrick said.

"Alright, l love you!"

"I love you too," Derrick replied before cutting the call. Victoria sighed with relief, at least very soon she wouldn't have any harassment from Frank any longer, when he sees her with Derrick, her fiancee. "It's going to shock him though, he just has a little more time to misbehave," Victoria thought with a wide smile.

"Hello ma'am!" Doreen called from the door.

"Come in Doreen," Victoria replied.

"I came to hand over to you the documents, that Mr Elijah asked me to give you," Doreen announced and placed some documents on Victoria's desk.

"Thanks Doreen, can I take you on a treat this weekend?"

"Are you serious ma'am?" Doreen asked.

"Yes I am, all that is left is for you to say yes."

"Yes ma'am, I'm free and would love to," Doreen quickly replied with excitement.

"Then it's done, and please drop the ma'am of a thing here in the company. "When we find ourselves outside, I want to be called by my name."

"But_"

"No but Doreen, just accept it."

"No problem ma'am, i'm looking forward to it, have a nice day," Doreen said and started leaving.

"And you too!" Victoria replied with a smile before she started looking through the documents.
