Chapter 69

Keith found himself searching for the hospital where Sandro was admitted. He was a fool not to ask the woman from earlier where they sent the boy to have them checked. Either way, he didn’t want to bother anyone any longer and searched every big hospital in the city.

It took him a while before Keith finally got the answer he’s waiting for. On the third hospital he visited the information had confirmed that a boy named Sandro Munoz was admitted to a private room. He got the room number and immediately went to see the child just to see if he’s now alright.

“Did you just come here just to see the child or the mother as well?” A part of him asked. “Don’t try to fool yourself, Keith…”

He finds himself arguing with his mind sometimes. It’s not that easy to handle such a proactive mind who mirrors that other side of himself. But most of the time he just disregards that voice in his head as it wouldn’t do good to him. It only made him confused and annoyed at the same time.
