Days in and out, Alice’s anxiety to see her child increased each day and night till it may appear as if she was going into depression or separation anxiety. This morning wasn’t an exception, she was complaining bitterly and was flaring a bit because aside being kept in bed and not allowed to move around, they’ve totally refused to bring the baby to her making her feel like maybe, just maybe the baby didn’t make it and they couldn’t tell her hence she was thrown into a depressed mood.

“Why can’t I see her?! It’s been three weeks already! Three fucking weeks Alex! And I don’t even know what my daughter looks like. My wounds are all healed up and I can now move freely than before. Why does it seem like you are all preventing me from seeing her? I just want to see her!”, she whined angrily to Alexander who just returned from dropping the kids at home.

“Calm down babe, the baby is doing fine and has gained more weight over the past days.”, he reassured her slowly.
