Lexi bid goodbye to Bill before getting into another car with Quinton.

"Are you alright, Lexi?"

These few years, Quinton had thought that Lexi was the one Zachary had feelings for. However, the recent series of events made him feel like he had made the wrong assumption.

All the while, the one whom Zachary loved was Yvonne.

"I'm doing pretty well. Really." Lexi let out a sincere smile. "I will give them my blessings if they get married one day."

Quinton felt the sincerity in her words. He was happy for her. So, he smiled and remarked, "Glad to know that you've come round. There are plenty of fish in the sea."

They arrived at the hotel past 7:00 pm.

Lexi bid Quinton goodnight before swiping her room card and entering her room.

When she turned on the lights, she was shocked to see a man sitting on the couch, resting. She shut the door quickly.

Claude opened his eyes, which carried a deep gaze in them. In a hoarse voice, he said, "Welcome back."
