We still have people on the streets that are broke

And no! She wasn't into middle aged men! Hmph!

"Oh, it's nothing, no need to be bothered about what I said", Alice smiled sheepishly.

"I sure will", the man said and as soon as he did, he pulled Alice by her hand and began dragging her to the company. Alice was in shock and allowed the man to drag her. She woke up from her trance when she began feeling cold. Just as she took notice of her surrounding, she met a pair of frosty eyes and she froze in her steps. The man who had been dragging her realized that she had suddenly refused to walk further. He quietly shook his head and he came face to face with Justin.

Not caring about the audience surrounding them, he glared at Justin and ordered;

"I want to see you in my office right now! And...you all can go. The post of the secretary have been filled", the last part of his sentence was addressed to the arrogant but sexily dressed ladies who stumped their feet as soon as they heard him. If looks could kill, Alice as well as the middle-aged man would have been long gone by now. The glares thrown their way was enough to bore a hole in someone's skull.

Not waiting for Justin to reply, the man pulled Alice towards an elevator that appeared to be rarely used judging from its neatness and other faint characters that could rarely be seen. The moment they passed by Alice, her body moved voluntarily and it was not as stiff as it once was.

She heaved a sigh of relief but now, she had to face another problem. Where was this man taking her to? Judging from the way he ordered the boss, she concluded he was taking her to him but why?.

Her question remained unanswered as she waited for the never ending ride in the elevator. Just how many floors was this building? Alice sighed.

She snapped out of her thoughts when the elevator dinged. Her feet stood rooted to the ground as the stared at the room before her in awe. Rather than looking like an office in a building, it looked like a bedroom and the only thing missing was a large bed. Alice was aware that this room alone couldn't be compared to the house she lived in. It was far bigger and better looking.

"Come on, let's go". Hearing the sudden voice of the middle-aged man, Alice snapped out of her thoughts and shakily walked out of the elevator. Only then was she able to inspect the room properly. This room was definitely more than her imagination.

Looking at this office- like room, Alice thought back to her house which was no less than a bird's nest. How do hell does one man have a hundred billion dollars and we still have people on the street that are broke? There was no one to answer Alice's question and she kept her thoughts to herself.

As Alice kept inspecting, she heard a buzz and her eyes immediately snapped unto the figure of the middle-aged man. She got confused when she saw him press a red button on the wall.
