Hayden had gone on a trip with the team. I couldn't go with him due to work reasons, so I called him every day to ask how he was, and when I didn't call, he called me. It was sweet, I loved feeling so pampered and loved.

Today I was in the office, reviewing some documents. Honestly, all I really wanted was to go home and sleep. With pregnancy, I had become a lazy person.

Lily entered my office and looked at me.

"Kat, someone wants to talk to you," Lily said.

"I'm not in the mood for anyone," I replied.

She took a deep breath.

"It's Hayden's sister, and she says she won't leave without talking to you," she said.

I rolled my eyes. After the argument with Hayden's father, I thought everything was over, but apparently not.

"Tell her to come in," I said.

Lily nodded and left my office. After a brief moment, Hayden's sister entered. She looked at me and smirked.
