“Why did you piss the council off?” Beta Luke inquired as he followed Grayson outside.

“Those bunch of old fools can't tell me what to do. You remember how they tried to rob me of my rights when I was young after my father's death. They wanted to make someone else Alpha, saying I was too young to lead them,” Grayson said.

“I remember Alpha Grayson, the more reason you shouldn't piss them off now,” Beta Luke said in concern.

“I am not afraid of them, they can not do anything to me. I think it is high time I dissolve the council, I should have done that a long time ago,” Grayson said.

“Dissolve them?” Beta Luke exclaimed, shock written on his face.

“You heard me right,” Grayson said.

“I am afraid the pack members will not like that, Alpha,” Beta Luke said.

“What value do they add to this pack other than sitting down and discussing irrelevant things? Yet, the pack pays them a huge amount of money as salary,” Alpha Grayson said.
