2021-03-26 19:08:34Assistant Jacob had gone through Thick and thin with his boss Xander but for the first time in his life he has seen his boss so empty and cold it was as if someone has ripped his soul and hollowed him out .
Assistant Jacob was correct .This was how Xander felt, hollowed. This noon he got a call from Eva who told him about Lana .
True he didn't love Lana and his emotions were a mess regarding her but that didn't mean he wouldn't take responsibility for theie first born . Xander closed his eyes, he knew that the beatings Lana suffered were enough to have her miscarry .
A heart wrenching pain made Xander gasp silently, his first child ...all killed because of his mistakes . If only he allowed his bodyguards to follow Lana something like this wouldn't have happened

People in the hospital corridor shivered in cold when they saw a handsome young man making his way . Behind him was a group of bodyguards following , this was enough to know that man's worth , thus no one spoke any thing and no complaints were made .
"Evelyn " Xander called out his sister ; his voice hoarse from suppressing his sobs .
"Brother " Eva answered her brother but in her heart she blamed Xander as much as she blamed those goons .
"How is she? " Xander knew that his sister blamed him but she wasn't alone he blamed himself too .

But before Eva tell Xander about Lana's condition .The doctor pushed opened the door and called for Lana's family .
"Mr .King " Doctor Taylor nodded respectfully to Xander , he was King's old doctor and knew everything about Xander .
"How's my wife?" Xander could care less about anything else he only needed to hear what happened to his wife and child .
"Your wife suffered severe beating ; not for her timely arrival; she would have died as for .." Doctor Taylor stopped and said "You need to prepare yourself Mr.King "
Xander nodded, he already knew what the doctor was going to say .
"We couldn't save the child ..Whoever did this to Mrs.king were really vicious. They nearly caused her womb to be injured .Even though the child couldn't be saved ; we somehow managed to save Mrs King's womb ."
Once Doctor Taylor finished speaking , Eva gasped out loud and Ace cursed , only Xander remained silent .His mind blank as he registered what Doctor Taylor said .

Rage ...Pure rage ..that was what Xander felt .His heart burned with anger and he suddenly had the urge to choke someone .
" Jacob !"
"Yes boss" Assistant Jacob voice was sombre , he didn't knew that the matter was so serious . The heir of King family died like that ? No ...His boss will not sit still until he killed everyone related to this incident.
"Take care of her " This was the last thing Xander said to Eva before turning around to leave .

The screams were of pure terror .Yes those goons were caught within an hour of Xander 's order and were currently under a torturous punishment .
"Leader; it was our leader ! We didn't do anything !" a weak man who was beaten black and blue could no longer take it and pushed the culprit out .

Dirk ; the leader of King family's shadow team dragged the leader and plopped him in front of Xander .
Xander looked at the leader lying in front of him but didn't speak .
He only gazed at the men in front of him silently
"Who asked you? " finally Xander broke his silence
"it was a lady ! A lady in black veil ! She said that she will give me five million " terrified The leader spoke like a rote parrot .

Xander nodded standing up he turned around to leave .
The leader and his goons breathed a sigh of relief but they once again got frightened when they heard Xander speak.
"Dirk , Have you tried dismemberment?"

"Very well try it , make sure to tell me your experience " looking those goons in their eyes ; Xander unleashed his rage .
