Chapter 8

I woke up next morning after we move in to this hotel, I didn't saw Azi. Mapait na lang akong napa-ngiti at bumangon para ayusin ang sariling kamang pinag-higaan ko.

Wala na sana akong balak na lumabas pa ng kwarto namin pero bigla akong nagutom. I pick up Azi's Black card so I can buy some foods to myself.

Kakalabas ko pa lang ng kwarto ay may nakita kaagad akong pamilyar na likod ng maskuladong lalaki.

I look down to my body, I'm only in my lingerie... But I don't think he would mind me at all though...

I plaster a seductive smile on ny face, clearing my throat. "Hunter!" I called the guy.

Agad syang lumingon saakin na naka-kunot ang noo. I smile and wave my hand to his direction while making a step to come closer to him.

"T-treasure?" He hesitantly asked.

I nod as I run to him, initiating to make a hug. While he is still in shock, gently placing his hand on my back, I pull out my knife out of my pocket from my legs and stab it on his back.

Narinig ko ang mahinang pag-ingit nito na mahina ko namang ikinatawa.

Dahil nga itim ang suot nito, hindi halata ang dugong dumadaloy sa sugat na ginawa ko.

"Ghad, I missed you! How have you been?" I innocent ask, slowly pulling my knife out of hid back.

Tinapik nya ang likod ko ng marahan, pero nakita ko ang kabilang kamay nito na mahigpit na naka-kuyom. That makes me chuckle.

"I'm fine... But I don't miss you." He huskily whisper right next to my ears.

Nang maramdaman nya sigurong nahugot ko na ang kutsilyo ko sa likod nya ay agad syang kumalas sa pag-kakayakap saakin.

He look at the direction past through me and said, "I'll clean your mess later" he smiled.

Akmang ngingiti na rin sana ako dahil sa kalokohang ginawa, but then... He pulled me for a kiss.

I let him touch my lips using his, maya maya pa ay naramdaman ko ang mainit nitong palad sa batok ko. Unti unti tinutulak nya ako papalapit sa kanya, trying to deepen our kisses.

Binuka ko anh bibig ko na agad naman nyang pinasok, I moan as I place my hand on his cheeks, rubbing hus rough shaved beard.

Nakaka-tawang isipin na baka ito ang paraan nya para ma-distract ang sarili sa ginawa ko sa kanya kanina.

I stab him not because of a joke, my knife has a stain of poison. Not a thing that could kill a person by one cut, but a poison that can make your body weakens after an hour without a special treatment unless you'll let your body sleep for at least haft of daylight.

But knowing Hunter who know everything about weapon—or maybe that's what I know. This guy is still a stranger to me, yet I feel connection towards him.

Nagising na lang ako sa kalasingan ko sa halik ni Hunted ng haplosin nya ang leeg ko. I didn't know why he did that but I don't care.

"That was good" I compliment him.

Hunter smirked and proudly nod as if he hear something he wanted to receive from me after that intense torrid kiss we made.

"I'm glad—" he was cut off staring at something on my back.

Napa-lingon ako sa gawing tinititigan nya, and there I saw Azi, he was about to enter our room when he saw me.

Napa-tigil ito sa pag-hawak sa doorknob at naka-kunot ang noong naka-tingin saakin, nalipat ang tingin nito kay Hunter, but his eyes sudden became emotionless at some point.

Papasok na sana sya sa kalwarto namin ng bigla ko syang sinigawan, "hey, Dickhead!" He look at me, "I want you to meet someone" 

"No need" akmang gagalaw na sana ito para humakbang papasok sa loob ng takbohin ko ang pwesto nya para tigilan.

"When I say you'll meet someone today! You will greet him, right on this day too!" I hissed, gritting my teeth in annoyance while glaring at him.

He heave a sighed, "fine" he seems not interested at all, but at least he agree.

Hila hila ko ang kamay nya papunta sa direksyon kung nasaan si Hunter.

When we're finally in front of Hunter, I smile sweetly at him, but then when I gaze at my husband I glared at him, rolling my eyes.

"So, this is my Husband, Azurite." I said and tap my husband's shoulder.

Nag-alok ng pakikipag-kamay si Azi kay Hunter, but the latter raise his eyebrow at his hand before smirking and taking Azi's hand.

"Hunter. Nice to meet you"

Nag-titigan ang dalawa, hanggang sa mapansin kong ang tig-isa nilang kamay na mag-kahawak ay tila nanginginig.

They're intense huh?

"Hold up, you may now let go of each other Dickheads. Baka mamaya parehas kayong maputolan ng kamay sa ginagawa nyo" 

They did what I said and both look away. "So Hunter, do you mind coming to our place later for dinner? We need to catch up. I haven't see you for a month." Kunwari pang nag-tatampong pag-kakasabi ko.

Hunter look at Azi, "yeah, sure. Will your husband be fine with it anyway"

I look at my Husband, "he's fine. Kung hindi kanina pa sana sya umangal—"

"I gotta go. You two can do whatever you want. May trabahabo ako, bukas ako uuwi"

Pag-ka tapos non ay mabilis syang nag-lakad paalis, padabog nya ring isinara ang pinto na dahilan kung bakit ako napatawa ng mahina.

"Pathetic." I whisper, but I made sure no one heard me, or I just thought. Nasa gilid ko nga lang pala si Hinter.

I face him with a grind on my face, "so... Your place, or mine?"

He shrugged. "My room is just next to yours, Treasure. We can't be in your place, your husband is there"

Sabay kaming nag-tawanan. Humawak sya sa bewan ko at iginaya papasok sa room nya.

Pag-ka pasok pa lang ay nauna ng umupo sa sofa sa loob ng apartment ni Hunter.

Hunter on the other hand went straight to the bed pick up His phone called somebody.

"Sent someone in my room. Yeah, sure... Hmm. Medical assistant." Then he turn on me.

Pumasok sya sa bath room. Pag-labas nito dala nya ang medical kit nito. Hindi nag-kakasalubong ang mata namin pero titig lang ako sa bawat galaw nya.

He do not seems like a panic boy Wondering around the room, but kind a look like someone finding something since he would go to the corner and stop, then walks back to the middle and just stood there before looking around as if he is missing something he didn't know at all.

Someone knocks on the door that gets our attention. Agad yang binuksan ang pinto, some random girl walks in innocently.

But then when she noticed me, she looks frightened. Nag-angat ang tingin nya kay Hunter pero hindi man lang sya tinapunan ng tingin ng lalaki.

"You must be a nurse or something who know about cleaning wounds, am I right?" I said standing.

Tumango ito at agad na yumuko, "y-yes ma'am."

"Do I look like a creep to you?" I calmly said, staring at her.

Hunter chuckled and place his arm around my shoulder. "You should chill, Treasure... You really look hot, she just maybe intimidate by your beauty..." He huskily whisper right next to my ears.

I smirked, analysing the woman's figure. "Nah... I think I know her, you must be the little girl I freed 12 years ago!" Natatawang sabi ko, "that's right! Long time no see..."

Sa pag-kakasabi kong iyon, lalo syang nanginig, nasundan pa yun ng mahina at pigil nyang pag-iyak, still her heads down, she started crying.

"P-please... P-parang a-awa mo n-na po ma'am... I-I have been living p-pretty well t-this few m-months... D-don't k-kill me l-like you did to mh brother... I-I d-don't have something to do w-with you anymore"

I bit my lips to prevent myself from laughing, nag-angat naman ako ng tingin kay Hunter na sobrang naguguluhan.

"Silly... I killed your brother because he was a dick. I had forgotten about you though. No need to beg for your life." I casually chuckled. "So by the way, treat his wound that I've cost. If you can do your job very well, then I don't have to rethink my choice of setting you free"

Tumalikod ako sa kanya at deretsong humiga sa kama ni Hunter. Nag-bukas ako ng TV. Kaya naman bumangon akong muli para kumuha ng pag-kain sa ref ni Hunter.

"I haven't told you to feel at home, Treasure. But I guess I don't have to"

Hindi ako sumagot dahil wala na rin naman syang magagawa.

"Hunter! Do you have strawberry? Or fresh food hiding? I can see nothing in here!" Sigaw ko habang nag-hahalungkat ng makakain sa ref nya.

Maraming laman, pero puro sweets, beers and leftovers. I need fresh fruits!

"I'll call someone to buy you some" he shouted back.

"Make it fast then!" I replied.

Sa sobrang bored ko sa pinapa-nood ko, since I don't like watching television at all, I decided to pull out of the bed to went on their spot.

The woman immediately look away when she saw me that makes me chuckle. Pathetic.

"Matagal pa ba yan?" I innocently ask.

"Ask her, Treasure" he teasingly said that makes the woman stiff for a moment.

"Alright," I look at the woman at his back, she stopped moving like she became a statue, waiting for my next move. "How's it going little girl? You see... I understand that you're talking top long to clean his wounds because of the poison it hold—"

"You what!" Hunter exclaimed.

"The poison, you deaf! But don't worry it won't go fatal. Ang Over acting, grabe." I clear my throat. "So as I was saying, the more you puts alcohol and any cleaning stuff you use to clean it, the more the poison will be strong—"

"Treasure!" He once again cut me off.

Natawa ako saglit at umupo sa tabi nya. "don't you worry my little fella, I'm prepared. That's why I came here with you. To help you treat your wound in the right way" I giggled.

"The fvck! Why didn't you tell that earlier!"

"You won't die, idiot. But to take the poison away, you must soak it in cold water with a bag of salt—"

"You're a monster!" Hunter hissed before getting up from the sofa.

"Hey, I'm not that bad. Nag-kataon lang na saktong sayo ko kaagad nagamit yung handy knife ko. It's just as size of your hands though"

Masama lang itong tumingin saakin, kaya tumawa ako habang pinapanood syang mag-halungkat ng asin sa cabinet, nang makuha ang kailangan ay sa ref naman sya nag-bukas at kumuha ng pitsel ng tubig. He was about to bring it to my direction when I stopped him.

"Dis I just say cold water? I'm so sorry, but I don't think it will work, a cold water can't suck in much poison as much as ice cube could do—"

"Urgh! Fvck!"

Natawa na lang muli ako, I know he didn't have ice cube on his freezer, that make him even more frustrated.

"Hey girl" I turn to the girl next to me. Hindi sya humarap saakin pero nakita ko ang pag-hawak nya sa mga daliri para pigilan ang panginginig nito, so I can really shiver a person just by speaking even in a nice way? Cool. "Go out and knock on the next door. I think my husband is still there, ask for ice cubes. We have lots" 

Tumayo ito ng naka-yuko, lumabas ng nanginginig pa rin sa takot. Kahit pa nong bumalik ito dala ang pinapa-kuha ko hindi nya nagawang salubungin man lang ang aking mga mata.

"Put it on the table. Ako na gagamot kay Hunter, mas may alam ako sayo sa paraang ito. Umalis ka na"

She bowed her head before storming out.

"Oy Hunter, come here. I'll do the work for you"

Kahit masama ang loob, sinunod pa rin nito ang sinabi ko at umupo sa tabi ko.

Pinapagilid ko sya para makita ang kanyang sugat. I secretly smile when I saw it swelling. Halos mag halo ang blue at violet sa balat nya sa sobrang pag-kamaga. The knife I use to him is only one inch wide and three inches wrong, but look how much damage in made.

I pick up an ice cube and rub it on his wound. I did it for about three minutes. When I think it's time for the salt, I took a jar of salt and put a pinch on my palm.

Then, while he's distracted, I rub it in his cut. Napa-sigaw sya ng malakas sa ginawa ko, ako naman ay tawa lang ng tawa habang pinapa-nood syang nag-titinalon talon sa hapdi.

I'm nit done though, kailangan ko i rub ang salt sa sugat nya hanggang hindi ito dumudugo ng malubha. I lied when I say it is not fatal.

After 24 hours without the healing method that I'm currently doing, it can cost him internal bleeding and minor injury. Pero hindi naman sya mamatay, siguro mga after 20 years pa hanggat hindi kumakalat ang lason sa utak nya.

After an hour ng habulan namin ni Hunter, I decided to stroke one of my Paralyzation pin on him to make him pass out. Nahihilo ako sa kanya kahahabol.

At least when I use my pin on him, he would fall asleep for about 8 hours and won't feel anything at all.

Just like that, I'm done with him.

Lumabas ako ng room nya, I accidentally bump into someone. Agad ko sanang huhugutin ang kutsilyo ko na naka-tago underneath my lingerie, but then I recognize that someone as my husband.

"Hey—"

Hindi pa man ako nakakapag-tapos mag-salitaa agad ako nitong nilagpasan. I chuckled, was he jealous?

Azi went straight to bed when he entered. Tanghali na, nag-lunch na kaya sya?

I gently step to get closer to him. Umupo ako sa kama, malapit sa kanya. "Hey Dickhead... Did you ate already?" I softly ask, pocking him.

Akala ko hindi nya ako papansinin pero agad syang tumayo at hindi man lang ako tinapunan ng tingin kahit na nong naka-rating sya sa kusina.

When he come back to the same spot where he left me, may hawak syang box of pizza. Pinatong nya lang iyon sa kandungan ko at muking humaga sa kama.

"Azi... Pizza is not enough for me. I want a meal, a main course, some dessert and strawberries. I'm craving for variety of fruit!" I pouted even though he can not see it because he's turning his back on me.

Sa hindi inaasahan, tumayo ulit ito, and this time he didn't just went to the kitchen... But he goes outside the door. Maybe to buy me foods that I want?

"Azi teka lang!" I called him bago pa sya tuluyang maka-alis. Luckily he heard me so he stay at the middle of the door, like he is telling me to say what I want to say right now so he could leave. "Bibili mo ko fruits?" Pakunwari kong sabi. 

He took to hand of the door and cross it in his chest. Akala ko mag-sasalita ito pero hindi, nanatili sya doon kaya nag-salita na rin alo.

"Then I want rambutan, pineapple, watermelon, and mango. Gusto ko yung hilaw a? Tapos kailangang maasim kung hindi kahit wag ka ng bumili. And pleaseeeeeeeee do look for strawberries! I'm craving for strawberries since I woke up, gosh I can't wait to eat some. Order ka ng pag-kain tapos kailangan maraming kanin para naman nakaka-busog, also do not forget to buy Coke. Pag wala kahit anong softdrinks hindi naman ako maarte, ayaw ko ng tea or even ice tea. Whatever. Bye?"

Kakatapos ko lang mag-salita ng pabagsak nyang isinara ang pinto na ikinatawa ko naman. Maybe I should make him jealous often. I like the fact that he will treat me silently but will still do what I say to him.

I think he really is cute though... Sana lang hindi ko sya matutunang mahalin. That would be my biggest down fall...
