Belle POV

I tried to chase and call Gian but he didn't even stop his car and even looking back he didn't. I could see the rage in his eyes. I know that he thinks that Luke and I have an affair, that's why we are together now.

I just cried and cried as I continued to call his name even though his car was far away already. Soon I could just feel Luke pulling and hugging me.

"Enough Belle,”

"H-he is wrong." I said softly.

"I know, I know. Stop crying now because it will affect the baby." he comforted me and led me into the house.

When we entered, he made me sit in the living room and fetched water to give me a drink.

"Everything will be alright Belle, just calm down. Think of the child you're carrying. Gian is just angry right now."
