CHAPTER-115: Love is a madness

“Where is she?” Richard asked Jenny as he entered Vienna's room and didn't find her there.

“In the balcony. She is talking to her brother,” Jenny answered but her eyebrows wrinkled to see his condition. Messy hair, wrinkled clothes. A four day long beard. She wondered if everything was alright with him.

Richard let out the breath he was holding out of fear. “You may leave,” he ordered Jenny, whose frown deepened at his rude tone. But with a nod she left the room.

Richard raked a hand to his face and went towards the balcony where she was talking to her brother.

“No, everything is fine here, Viso. Can't I call you to just talk. I was missing you,” Vienna said as she held the steel railings tightly while staring at the sky. Elijah's words about her brother crossing limits of madness to win his love kept buzzing in her ears.
