The woman named Shada squirmed with her eyes still closed. She felt a soft touch on her cheek, then it started to go downwards. Her lips received warm and soft strokes, letting them continue to go inside and caress every space in her mouth.
The red-eyed man with the flames of passion did not stay still. He continued to crush Shada's lips, not allowing any distance between them. Slowly he began to unite his body with Shada's.
Shada squealed at the strange sensation that ran through her body. However, afterward she began to enjoy the play of the handsome man who now lowered his head to the hollow of Shada's neck, signaling his ownership there.
"Good night, Shada," the man whispered as he kissed Shada's lips once more.
Shada really didn't want to wake up from this beautiful dream. She didn't know when exactly, a handsome man she didn't recognize came into her sleep and gave her affection that she never got before. If Shada could, she wouldn't wake up from this dream. But, if this is a dream, why does it feel so real and extraordinary? I don't know, Shada just wanted to fall asleep again, hoping that he would come back to her dream tomorrow.

The sunlight that slipped through the window crack woke up a woman who was still writhing under her blanket.
"Hoaaam..."
Shada stretched her body, feeling refreshed after a night of deep sleep. She tiptoed out of bed and dragged her long legs to the bathroom.
Shada washed her body under the shower. She enjoyed the warm water that hit her body and face.
Shada was silent. She remembered her dream last night. She unconsciously smiled while touching her lips. She could still feel the tender feeling left by the man in her dream. Even the touch of the man's hand that touched every inch of her body. It really aroused Shada's desire again.
"Damn! Shada, get rid of your dirty thoughts now!" Shada said to herself. She shook her head vigorously to get rid of the cursed thoughts from inside her head.
Shada quickly finished her bath. After that, she moved to the kitchen to fill her stomach with food. A piece of sandwich was enough to fill her stomach this morning.
While chewing her food, Shada took her cell phone and put the flat object to her ear after receiving a call from Max, her fiancé.
"Honey, when are you coming here, hmm?" asked Max from the other side of the phone, managing to bring a smile to Shada's pink lips successfully.
"After this, Max. You must have missed me a lot, right?" asked Shada teasingly after she managed to swallow her sandwich.
"I really... really... missed you, Shada."
"Even though we spent time together yesterday," said Shada mockingly. Shada wanted to imagine Max's pouting face when she teased him, but another face popped into her head. The handsome face of the man from last night. Although it wasn't very clear, and, what do you expect from a dream? Ah, Shada would go crazy if she kept thinking about that unreal man.
"Shada, did you hear what I just said?" Max's voice snapped Shada out of her reverie.
"What? Can you repeat it, Max?" Shada blinked quickly.
"I said that we're going to have an early wedding. Are you happy?" Max sounded excited, even the man's voice was half-squealing now.
Shada didn't answer immediately. Even though the news she had just heard was good news.
Shada nodded slowly. "Oh, Of course, I'm happy."
Of course, Shada loved Max very much after all. They had been dating since the first grade in high school, so it had been five years. Back then she was a fairly new resident of this Toronto, Canada, starting everything by readjusting.
Previously, she had lived in Sierra Madre, a small area of forests and valleys in Los Angeles. Shada and her parents moved here because the grandmother who used to keep her company had decided to leave forever.
And so began her new life, even though her parents were still busy working, in this peaceful, developed city on the coast.
Shada disconnected the phone after Max told her that he would be waiting for her in his office. She hurried out of the house and waited for a taxi to pass by. This time she wanted to take a taxi instead of driving herself.
Indeed, Shada's house is quietly located in the suburbs, right on the edge of a big road but with the intensity of the number of vehicles that are quite crowded like in the city center. She was lucky that the taxi was still passing in front of her house.
Shada immediately waved one hand to stop the taxi that was driving towards her.
"Miss, where are you going?" the driver asked, turning the steering wheel as Shada sat in the back seat.
"Take me to the Holy Food company, Sir," Shada replied with a nod from the driver.
It didn't take long for Shada to arrive at the Holy Food company. The taxi that Shada was riding in had now stopped right in front of the company building.
"Thank you, Sir," Shada said after paying the fare.
"You're welcome, Miss," the driver replied, driving the taxi back.
Shada hurried to the room where Max was waiting for her. She entered the elevator and pressed button eighteen.
The elevator immediately took Shada to Max's room. She stepped out as soon as the elevator doors opened.
Shada led her feet to a room with the word 'Director's Room' written on the large door.
With one hand, she turned the door knob, pushed it and entered without permission to the surprise of the blond man sitting behind a large desk.
Max seemed focused on the laptop in front of him, oblivious to Shada's arrival in his room.
"Max..." Shada exclaimed, giving Max a tight hug from behind.
Max's blue eyes lit up. "Shada, when did you come?" he asked with a smile on his thin lips.
"You were too busy with your laptop to notice I was coming," Shada said with a slight pout, teasing Max.
Max pulled the corners of his mouth down. "Oh my! I'm sorry, Baby."
"It's okay, Baby."
Max frowned at the rather noticeable red stain on Shada's white neck. He slowly releases her hug. "What's that stain, Shada?!" he asked suspiciously.
Shada spontaneously took out her cell phone quickly to see the stain Max was referring to. She was instantly choked up by the red stain on her neck. Shada didn't know where she got the stain. But, if she answered Max's question like that. Max wouldn't believe her.
Shada put all her energy into thinking. She had to give Max a reason as soon as possible because he was waiting for her answer.
"Last night a mosquito bit my neck. I couldn't stand the itch, so I kept scratching it. I didn't realize that it made my neck like this." Shada said by sweeping her neck lightly. She forced a smile, hoping Max would believe her.
Max nodded and turned his face back to the laptop in front of him. "How big was the mosquito to make such a stain?"
Shada was silent. The image of the red-eyed man filled her head again. Could it all not be a dream? Was he real?
The image of a handsome and dashing man flashed at the scene of the accident where two cars collided violently. Meanwhile, he also heard the loud sirens of police cars and ambulances blaring in his ears.He hated how noisy car sirens were. His bright bronze eyes were strained to observe the extent of the damage to Shada's car. He snorted, his breath caught. It was unfortunate why this had to happen to Shada. Especially since he couldn't meet the woman last night. His eyes then shifted to a man in a hat with severe injuries all over his body. Especially on his head. The man was closed and his hands drooped weakly as the health workers moved him into the ambulance. It was confirmed that the man died on the spot.Demian sighed heavily. Fortunately, he was not too late. The impact on Shada's head was already bleeding profusely. Luckily, the man's car had hit the back of Shada's car. If the badly wrecked part had been where Shada was driving, she would have been beyond help.As soon as the
"What do you mean?" Shada turned her body around and faced Ruth fully."What does Max have to do with Jennifer?" Shada's dark brown eyes blinked rapidly. Curiosity suddenly got the better of her.Ruth sighed again. Suddenly the woman lost her oxygen supply, as if she was being attacked by asthma. She then held both of Shada's shoulders firmly. "This is for your own good, Shada. But there's something inexplicable going on between the two of them. There's something you don't know."Shada looked skeptically at Ruth's very serious face. Even now, the woman's dark eyes were red and teary.Ruth is definitely not playing around. Shada thought. But Shada preferred to deny it. Max was not as bad as Ruth said. She had known Max for about six years. He was faithful and never had anything to do with any woman other than her. Except Morris, of course.Shada shook her head softly and folded her forehead. "You must be wrong, Ruth." Her gaze was incredulous.Ruth immediately snorted and moved in frus
"Tell me what you're working on in this document!" Leo said sharply to Shada who turned to stare at the man.Shada then strode closer, wanting to confirm what the man who was pointing at some parts of the document meant.Shada frowned, not understanding. The parts that Leo was pointing out had been carefully examined and read many times. Shada could guarantee that there were no mistakes in those parts. After all, Shada had made the same document not just once or twice."What do you mean, Mr. Leo?" asked Shada confused.Leo laughed sarcastically while rubbing his face in frustration. It seemed like he wasn't talking to an old employee, but an eight-year-old elementary school student. Meanwhile, Shada was already starting to get annoyed because Leo's attitude seemed to trivialize her."Let me check again." Shada half-snorted, about to take the paper back. But it was prevented by Leo's burly hand."That's not necessary! You should have checked it before it was even printed!" Leo snapped,
Ruth swallowed her saliva with difficulty, too tense to believe a fact she didn't want to believe. How could Max, who was so cold and loyal, be tempted by Jennifer? Besides, what did Shada lack?Shada is more naturally beautiful, good character, always positive. Anyway, Shada is better than Jennifer. Yes, although Ruth had to admit, there were some similarities between the two that she couldn't explain. Other than the color of their eyes of course.Ruth immediately froze and pressed her lips together during the meeting. Oh, why was she the only one who knew that. Ruth was so depressed about keeping such a big secret. Damn it!Ruth averted her eyes, unwilling to look at Max or Jennifer. She already had an ill-feel for the snake woman from the start. Now it was even more so. Ruth had even lost respect for Max. What an asshole! Ruth said to herself.Ruth occasionally stole glances at Shada who was listening to some reports solemnly and calmly. Ruth was devastated. It was a pity to see he
"No!" He groaned as he looked at Shada.Even though his eyes were fixed on Shada who was fast asleep. But more than that, Demian was looking at the future. His future and Shada's.Demian was sad and disappointed. He witnessed a fragment of Shada who was angry and getting away from him. She didn't want to see Demian anymore. Suddenly Demian's chest was tight. He took in as much ambient air as he could. Trying to calm down by filling his lungs with oxygen. What had he done to make Shada stay away from him? Demian tried to analyze.Demian looked back at Shada who was still asleep with a wide-eyed gaze. He was frustrated because he couldn't find any possible wrongdoing on his part."What should I do?" Demian whispered as he gently touched the door that reflected a faint shadow of his handsome face.Demian gave up. He understood that he could do nothing. The future is something mysterious and cannot be prevented. In the meantime, all Demian could do was avoid small mistakes that he might a
Instantly Demian bent his face. What did he just say? Paid in full? It couldn't. Demian's unacceptable words echoed throughout his mind. The reason is, because of Darwin his life has changed instantly. Maybe his old life wasn't as good as what he feels now. But deep inside, Demian did not want and did not accept a destiny that changed his life 180 degrees overnight. It would only put more distance between him and his first love. It could even be lost.Vampires could never be with humans. It was clearly written there. Coexistence might still be possible. The vampires in the human world always concealed their identity. Working and eating like ordinary humans. But to marry with humans and produce cute children? It felt like nature would reject even more firmly.Vampires and humans seemed to live in the same place, but in different dimensions. Like a coin with two different sides.Demian brushed the nape of his neck and moved awkwardly. “I make no promises. If I can, I'll bring it here.”
The sky darkens, signaling nightfall. The stars hang and scatter across the vast landscape of the night sky. Their beauty is like competing and coexisting with the moon.Tonight the moon above the balcony of Shada's house is perfectly round, very beautiful. But it still makes Shada sad. Ironic indeed.Shada had been waiting for Demian to come. But until now the man had not appeared in front of her. Shada stood on the balcony while moving uncomfortably. Her fingers tapped on the wall dividing her balcony, occasionally looking back. She looked at the clock on the wall, which was already eleven o'clock at night.“Tsk... where are you?” muttered Shada uneasily. She was repeatedly fooled by the sound of the night breeze caressing the trees in front of her. She thought it was Demian. It turned out to be a normal movement between the wind and the trees.More and more, Shada was disturbed. Demian hasn't come yet either. She had been waiting for him for more than an hour. Shada wanted to ask m
“What did you say, Ruth?” Shada frowned, not understanding. Although Ruth's voice was low, Shada could catch what her friend was talking about.Ruth choked up, not realizing the words from her mouth that had just slipped out.“Eh? No─it's nothing. I mean you shouldn't feel sorry for other people, Shada. Especially Jennifer. Like I said before, you have to be careful,” said Ruth rather confused. Hearing Ruth's explanation, Shada sighed heavily.“I know you don't like Jennifer and Richard. But, Ruth... Jennifer just had a disaster. Do you really have to tell me that?” Shada couldn't believe Ruth's hatred had blinded the woman's heart. Even her sense of caring had been dulled.“You have no idea what you're dealing with, Shada. Trust me.” Ruth snapped with emphasis.Shada screwed up her face. She was fed up with Ruth's cautionary attitude, as if everyone around Shada needed to be wary. But, wait a minute─“Wait a minute. Do you have any special abilities like Demian?” Shada asked suddenly
A twenty-year-old young woman in an elongated white coat was startled by the results of the object she had just examined. She was surprised enough to cover her mouth.Afterwards, she decided to immediately bring the results of her research to be reported to the head of the laboratory where she worked. The girl's black hair was in a neat ponytail. Her narrow eyes portrayed a clearly defined anxiety. Her steps were quick and firm towards one of the rooms in this predominantly white place. She walked through a long hallway until she arrived in front of a door. She knocked loudly a few times until a handsome middle-aged man opened the door.“What's wrong? Is something going on?” asked the man in front of her. The man could tell from the light-skinned girl's worried look.Even her voice was melodious. The man's light bronze-colored eyes were calm yet firm. The combination of his golden blonde hair and pale skin added absolute artistic value to a mature man in his forties.“Here, Mr. Darwin
