Finding her mate

At the other end of the mall there was a group of young men and a couple older ones too. These weren’t your everyday men, these men looked like gods. These men are Were's. At the head of the pack was Brian Crowell, future Alpha of the Moon Crest pack, beside him was his best friend and future beta Jacob with his twin sister Jessica. Also with them were Brian’s siblings, Ryan and Maddie. Brian is the oldest of the three and Maddie is the baby of the group. Ryan was busy talking to his buddy Travis and no one noticed Brian freeze; no one except Jason, the current Beta of the Moon Crest pack, who also froze. Both said the same thing at the same time making everyone around them spin around in shock. Brian had had his eighteenth birthday three weeks ago and had yet to find his mate. Jason they all knew had found his mate, but she had been missing for the last eighteen years and no one knew where she went. So, with them both saying it there was no stopping them from running and trying to find their mates no matter where they were and neither would stop till they found them.

Lizzy was searching for her mate almost losing her mom, she stopped briefly when she noticed her mom freeze in place. Lizzy grew concerned and asked her mom what was wrong, neither were ready for the answer “Jason”. Lizzy too froze, her father was here, the man she had never met, the man she had always been told was dead. She didn’t stay frozen long his scent was getting stronger he was getting closer. As she rounded the nearest corner she stopped. What she saw was unbelievable, Rosie was going crazy that’s when Elizabeth knew she had found him she had found her mate, and right behind him was a man who felt familiar to her and as she looked at her mother her assumptions were confirmed. That was Jason, that was her father.

Jason stood there looking at his mate after so many years, she was just as beautiful as she ever was, but someone else caught his eye, a young girl who had his eyes looking at him like a mirror. He wasn’t sure what to make of it. “Lily” was all he could say. Lily looked at him tears in her eyes “Jason” she said in a whimper. “I am so sorry. I don’t even know what to say. I don’t know how to explain what I did or why I did it.” Lily couldn’t get any more words out as Jason ran to her and threw his arms around her. “I don’t care why you did anything, you’re here now and I'm never letting you go again!” was all he said to her before turning to look at Elizabeth. “And what is your name young lady? Your just as beautiful as your mother.” Jason said to Elizabeth. She just looked at him not sure what was happening, Rosie was going crazy and didn’t want to wait to hold her mate, but she was going to let Elizabeth have a moment with her father who she never knew, as hard as it was, she waited. “My name is Elizabeth, but people call me Lizzy, and I think you’re my father.” was all she said to the man she never knew existed. He hugged her and said he was so happy to meet her. Then Elizabeth was grabbed by the arm and spun around to face Brian, her mate, she knew it as soon as they locked eyes.

Brian couldn’t wait any longer he could tell the importance of this encounter between Jason and his long-lost mate and his newfound daughter, but he couldn’t control Jack anymore, Jack wanted to hold his mate just as much ad Brian did. So, after the hug between Jason and Lizzy he grabbed her arm and spun her around finding her eyes. In an instant a bond was formed. And before he knew what he was doing he kissed her. Her lips were so soft and gentle. He felt her reaching around him and grabbing him by the hair and pulling him closer. Sparks were flying between the two and they both felt like they were on fire. Finally, after what didn’t seem long enough, they broke apart. Now realizing everyone around them was staring at them. Brian and Elizabeth said together “Mine”.
