The Beginning

After what feels like forever, Elizabeth makes her way out of the tub, not bothering to get dressed she heads towards the bed where Brian is waiting with a coy smile plastered on his face. Clearing his throat Brian told Maddie “Don’t start!” Lily was looking back and forth between the kids and started laughing “and what’s this” she said to no one in particular. Jason glaring at Brian looked over to Lily and told her “Don’t Start.” The whole table started laughing at this point and all tension seemed to go away.

Breakfast was served, and a breakfast it was, piles of pancakes and waffles, bowls of eggs and fruit, sausage and bacon piled high on a platter, coffee, juice and syrup in a pitcher. Elizabeth could not believe the amount of food on the table, but then again, she had never sat at a table with this many people. She looked over to her mom and couldn’t help but smile watching her parents be so happy. She couldn’t wait to get to know the father she didn’t even know she had.

It was a quick peaceful breakfast and after everyone was filled, they went their separate ways. Except Violet, who was looking for Elizabeth like she was waiting for her. Confused Elizabeth asked Violet what she had planned for the day to which Violet replied, “today I will spend with you and begin your training as the next in line Luna.” Elizabeth galped looking toward Brian who just shrugged his shoulders and gave a smile. Giving him one last hug, she walked toward her new Luna ready to learn everything, because she knew nothing about packs, or wolves or even about herself.
