Broken apart

Henry and Lucy stood beside each other watching the car drive away.

Her eyes followed the car. Henry tapped on her shoulder, drawing her attention to him.

“What?”.

“Don’t mind me but, wasn’t that your husband?”.

“Who’s that girl? His sister or something?”.

Something struck her heart when he asked her that question.
