For the next couple of days I am over the moon ecstatic about the news from the Witch Council. It is going to take me a long time to get over the feeling of not watching my back. The Council did not stay long after our confrontation about Elle's memories. As soon as Simonetta realized that we have done everything we could to live by the Goddess's will, she packed her stuff and cleared out.

Safiya was definitely a little more hesitant to leave. She might not have been in love with her werewolf fling but they still had an emotional reunion before they departed. She cried slightly and he seemed a little put out that she was leaving. Still, they did exchange numbers before she left. Hopefully, they will keep in touch and even if they do not end up together, they can enjoy a long friendship and learn from each other.

Tonight, Dante and I are finally going to take the next step in our relationship while we wait for Elle to learn of my father's whereabouts. I have to admit that I am nervous

    Dante and I ended up staying up fairly late that night. Partially because we were hanging out with friends and thinking about our future as parents. It does not feel real that I have a baby growing in my stomach but it is nonetheless the truth. The other reason we stayed up later, that we did not mention to ourselves, was that we were waiting on word from Kevin and Julia. Still, no word. I am a little more leary for breakfast than I was for dinner last night. I always thought that morning sickness would be in the morning and would not completely make me sick unless I let it. Turns out that was false. So, now here I am, trying to figure out what I should make for breakfast. Funny enough, my witch side seems to be winning out as I am leaning more towards oatmeal and less towards bacon."So, what are your plans today?"     Not sure why Julia would head to Morden's alone when she knows that Morden has always had something wrong in her head. No normal person would just order that an entire family, children and all, be killed out of jealousy. No normal person would decide to turn their own family's children into weapons. That is just not something that would normally be done. Why would she head there alone with news like this?I want to hurry to get to the Witch House just in case something might happen.     She whirls out of the door, slamming it behind her. Sniffling, she looks up in surprise at me."I did not realize that you were there. How long have you been there?"     The guys take no time at all to begin planning the party. Nobody really knows what the party is for except for the Hybrid Council. The fact that there are cupcakes with babies on them as well as a huge cake that says Happy Mates seems to be throwing off the bakery. The same can be said when Kevin went to get decorations and got some for both a baby themed party and a mating party. Now, the entire pack is excited about the party that they cannot seem to figure out.Elle and Hazel are working with me in our joint building so that we can set up a place for the party. We want everybody to have something to do while there so we are adding extra decorations.     Once the party is in full swing, I immediately spot Hazel talking to Connor off to the side. Even though she is slightly more subdued than before I can see that she is still trying to enjoy her time with him. It is my sincerest hope that she will be able to set aside her fears for the future and continue to get to know him better. In any relationship there is the chance that things will not work out.     As we all walk up onto the stage, everybody grows silent. They all know that this is going to be a big announcement. Many are whispering about babies and the fact that that has to be what this party is all about. What they have not realized yet is that there is so much more to this party than just a baby."Alright, everybody, thank you all for coming on such short notice. We decided on a whim to throw this party to share our joy and excitement with you all. I know that we have been keeping things a little cryptic all day but there is a reason for that. Sometimes, news is just too big to keep telling over and over. Sometimes, it needs a big announcement. That is what this is. Are you all ready to hear all of the new stuff that is happening around here?" He shouts to the crowd.They all scream back at him excitedly.     It did not take long at all for the Hybrid Council to arrive. They all file in looking a little shocked to see Simonetta there, unable to use her magic as she floats slightly in the air.     Simonetta rushes towards me using wind to guide her speed. It is not enough to throw me off guard though and I shove a wall of dirt up in front of me. She almost crashes into it before she is able to skid to a stop at the last second. If she had prepared then she might have been able to use the air that was helping her speed up to me to jump over the wall but instead, she is used to using her other powers for combat and did not make the decision in time.As soon as she begins to stop, I tear down the wall and shift into werewolf form quickly to land on top of her with my teeth to her neck.     Each team splits up and gets ready to make their way through the obstacle course. They are all going to have to take turns trying to make it through safely. Each team has a designated amount of time before they get elminated. The one that makes it through the fastest and with the least amount of mistakes, will be the ones to win the competition. The course is very similar to the one that we did with the entire pack when we first started training. The one that really got the women moving faster as they fought to make good time through the course to beat the men. This one is just a little more geared towards children and not fully grown adults.Some of the obstacles are smaller to better accomodate their size, some things are closer together and they have even added some new obstacles that would have been difficult for the adults. There are also some obstacles that are going to require teamwork to make it through. If they do not work together then they have no hope of making it to the

    It takes much longer than planned to get the babies ready for travel. I have never packed a diaper bag before but luckily Scarlett shows up to help me get them ready and squeal over the twins for a minute.     The first night with the babies was quite a bit of a learning curve. Whenever we put them in their bassinets they just started to cry nonstop until we picked them up again. It took a couple of hours to find out that if we put them into the same bassinet they were able to sleep peacefully and not wake us up. By the time we managed learning that, I was beyond exhausted and ready to sleep.     Chelsea comes running in once the babies start to cry for food. Her face is filled with excitement as she rushes over to me. Even though they are hungry, I allow her to hold and rock Caterine while I first feed Archer. I might get good enough to be able to feed them both at once in the future but for now feeding just one is tricky.
