Elle is completely flabbergasted when I tell her what we found. She wants to go back immediately to see if she can see the fish but I manage to talk her out of it. We can go back on Monday after all of our classes. Dante is going to take the teenagers to clean up the trash and make sure that the lake is blocked off before then. Even with the discovery of the lake monster, we managed to have a fantastic Friday evening and Saturday. Now, we are going to split up and make sure that everything is ready for Monday. It is much harder to get back to our usual life than I had thought it would be after only two days off with Dante."I am going to have Kevin meet me at the lake with the teenagers. I want backup in case we need to distract them from the gigantic fish swimming around in there." Scarlett manages to remain quiet for most of the recap of my dream. There are a few times that she tries to interject but I just hold up a hand so she waits. "So how was Scarlett when you stopped by to see her today?" Dante asks me when we finally meet back up for dinner."She was doing pretty well over all. Going a little stir crazy. Apparently since the doctor put her on bed rest and Quin is gone all of the time it is only adding to her stress." I inform him."I did not know that she was on bed rest. If I had then I would have given him some more time off. I will have to tell him tomorrow first thing. Is there anything else that she is stressed about?" Getting back to reality is extremely difficult after the weekend that we had alone. Now, the need to get back into our routine and all of our training seems depressing. We have so much to accomplish and we have no idea how long we actually have to get it done. That is all up to the witches and whenever they decide to attack again. As I head to Scarlett's house before classes start, I cannot help but enjoy the wonderful day while planning out everything that I still have to get done for the day. The sun is shining brightly which will help when we head to the lake. Will the fish show up today? Even though Dante is afraid of the connection, I cannot help but feel as if it was there for me the last time. Scarlett calls me in sounding annoyed before I even manage to knock on the door. Uh oh, what is going on with her already? She is once again on the couch and looking even less excited than the last time I was here. What could have happened already that caused her mood to turn more sour?

They keep my sense dulled to where I cannot see where they are taking me until we finally pull to a stop. It feels like we have been driving for hours but with nothing to keep my mind occupied it might not have been anywhere near that long. Heck, they might have driven in circles for quite a while before we got here just to throw me off.When they finally pull to a stop, hands grab my and guide me out of the vehicle. I expected them to be rough but they are surprisingly gentle as they lead me on. I can smell pine trees and the air seems to be a bit thinner so I would expect that I am on a mountain of some sort. I start awake at the feeling of somebody approaching me. They got closer than I thought they would before I notice them. Still feigning sleep, I reach out with my senses and try to glean some information on who they actually are. Judging by the confident walk and the better than everyone attitude that I am getting from this person, it has to be Morden coming to visit me finally. She stops next to the cage, studying it closely. Tutting, she says, "You know that I can sense that you are awake right? You might as well give up the act now and get up."Guess I should have expected that. Still, I was hoping that I could learn something from her before she found out that I was already awake.
