For some reason, I had expected more of an argument out of Scarlett so the fact that she does not argue much has me a little taken aback. Maybe now that she is thinking of a little one she realizes that she has to put her safety first for a while.  Whatever the reason, I am a little relieved that she saw the sense in moving.

The rest of dinner passed in a melancholy silence with the knowledge that some of our pack members were going to be leaving for the forseeable future. No matter how well thought out the reasoning is, the thought of them leaving has me on the verge of tears for the rest of dinner and looking at Scarlett I can tell that she is as well.
