Selena's POV

I stayed quiet and still for a moment, observing as Samantha disappeared upstairs and out of my view. I exhaled deeply, intertwining my fingers as I shifted my gaze back to the table. After the recent interaction with Samantha, I was more convinced than ever that my visions/flashes were true. But who is she working with? Who is the mysterious woman under that hood?

Obsessing over her cousin! How can I possibly inform Rufus? I don't know if he would trust me, considering she is his cousin and like a sister to him.

I let out a heavy sigh. I had only made assumptions, lacking evidence that she was scheming with a mysterious woman.

And I also suspected she played a role in my attack the other day.
