Did I see guilt in her eyes? Why does she have to feel guilty?

As soon as Selena caught sight of me, she hurriedly left, leaving me to stew in my frustration.

Is this how she wants to handle things? Avoiding me just because we slept together?

I stormed down the hallway, making my way to my room, leaving Samantha behind. Samantha and I had just finished our morning run.

I ran my hand through my hair, struggling to admit that I was attracted to Selena.

I never imagined or considered falling for any woman, but after last night, everything has changed.

I needed a strong drink to calm my nerves. The liquor bar in my room was always there, ready to serve its purpose.

Grabbing a glass from the stand, I hastily poured the dark amber liquid from the crystal decanter.

As the whiskey touched my lips, I closed my eyes, savoring the flavor and the temporary relief it brought me.
