Selena's Pov

I woke up to the annoying sound of my alarm blaring next to me. I groggily opened my eyes and checked the time.

"Oh no!

If I fall back asleep, I'll be late.

I threw off the covers and hopped out of bed, wincing as the soreness from the previous night's activities spread through my muscles.

As I took a few steps across the bedroom floor, I suddenly realized that I was completely naked and froze... What if Rufus was still in the room?

Feeling self-conscious, I turned around to check, only to breathe a sigh of relief when I saw that his side of the bed was empty. I quickly grabbed some clothes and headed for the shower.

*Dummy! Why are you being so conscious? It's not like he hasn't seen everything last night,* Meeka teased, her voice echoing in my mind. I could almost picture her rolling her eyes.

*You really should stop talking, Meeka,* I muttered as I stepped into the shower, letting the warm water wash over me and ease my aching muscles.
