"she made the decision to stay at school instead of coming home after my actions. Even on weekends, she avoided returning home. Sometimes, when my parents tried to bring her back, she would only join us for dinner before retreating to her room. She seemed uncomfortable being around us.

She always kept her head down and remained silent. Her responses were limited to nods or shakes of her head, resembling the behavior of an autistic child. I couldn't help but wonder if she was doing it intentionally.

Upon hearing this, Rufus felt like his heart was being cooked in a frying pan, and the pain was unbearable.
