I was nervous. Somehow, I had conflicting thoughts about Bastien’s question about whether I had said yes to the dinner date. Does he mean date date? Or just a regular dinner date? Should I ask him? Argh!
My legs are still trembling. I have never been intimate with Nathan, but my attraction toward him is as much as my attraction toward Bastien. He can’t blame me, though, if I was a little distant from him. I still have doubts about him until now. He was a dominant alpha, but his actions were conflicting.
I still recall how affectionate he was a few hours before he threw us to the dungeon. What if this intimacy is just one of his ploys? Will I keep falling victim to his games?
