It has been one week since I arrived. The doctors said Bastien has been showing signs of waking up. I spent my days at the hospital talking to Bastien. I told him I was pregnant, although I hadn’t actually taken a pregnancy test.
Luna, or, as she wanted me to call her, Mom, has been pampering me all week. She has sent me fresh fruits and food supplements, and she has assigned me an omega to cater to my every need. I didn’t grow up with a silver spoon. I never needed anyone to assist me, but the last thing I want right now is to offend the very people who treat me like they birthed me. It was a peaceful week, but I know this is temporary. I need to face Baltazar one day.
