Rooftop

“West, you have to take it easy. Please, don’t do this to yourself.” Wendy begged as West threatened to fall from the rooftop.

“My Life is no longer worth living. I should join my daughter wherever she is. I can’t bear this.” West said as he cried.

“Please, listen to me. Something can be done, I’ll try to bring her back. It’s gonna be difficult but I’ll try.” Wendy said.

“Go and fetch Aurora, quickly.” Wendy whispered to a girl who was standing behind her.

“Really? She can be brought back to life?” West said.

“Yes, but I’ll need your help. Please, come down.” Wendy said.

“I don’t believe you. It’s impossible, she’s dead and gone. Stop trying to give me hope when there is none, it only hurts the more.” West said and ran to the other side of the rooftop where no one was so that no one would attempt to catch him if he fell and he let himself go as he fell to the ground.

“Thank you, Aurora. I don’t know what would have become of us if you hadn’t intervened.” Wendy said, looking over West’
