Murder

On the night of Dahlia’s murder…

“I think we will fall back to plan B. Plan A worked but it was unfortunate. What do you say?” West said as he sat on the bed close to Aurora.

“I’m in no mood to talk. Let me grieve over our daughter.” Aurora said.

“You speak as though you believed me when I told you that it was possible that Dahlia could still be alive. You suggested that we have another child and that’s what were gonna do now.” West said, not minding how much Aurora was hurt.

“Don’t you touch me!” Aurora thundered. West was shocked at her reaction and shifted a little.

“If you had thought of this earlier, you would not have attempted to take your life. Who knows what would have happened if I didn’t show up? You may be among the bodies that were consecrated earlier. Sometimes, you have to think of others, quite your selfishness, it irritates me.” Aurora said.

“Babe, I’m sorry. I was not in my right senses, please forgive me.” West said as he went down on his knees, begging.
