Eric's POV

God, I got wasted last night, all thanks to that fucker, Tyler. The next time me and him meet, I'm going to devour him for leaving me late at night at the bar.

I had seen Bella come into the same bar we were last night, but neither did I give her any attention nor speak to her. Not until Tyler stood up saying he had an emergency to fix and left me stuck, then Bella made advances towards my side when I fell drunk.

I became too wasted that I hadn't even realized she'd brought me home, and I could hear the dispute between her and Laura. I felt guilty but at the same time, I was too lazy to even justify myself, and now I was being punished early in the morning.
