Sasha's POV

I couldn't believe I did this for someone like Laura. Mrs Corazon who arrived few minutes ago together with Eric had been coaxing the maids and I to arrange the decorations in the guest room for Laura as some sought of celebration.

To my uttermost dismay, she was pregnant. Dammit, it didn't have to go this way. No one expected her to be pregnant. Why would she be?

The last time I got into her room, I'd pretended to care even though I knew I didn't care if she'd break her whole room. When she called herself worthless, there was a glint of excitement in my eyes, but I shoved it off and acted like I was worried. Thankfully, she was just realizing how worthless she was and how more she'd become.

When she bled, I would rather not give a damn about her health. I didn't care if she bled until she died there. I just wanted her away, out of the Sloan. After she chased me out of her room, I was heading to my room unbothered until Eric asked how she was doing, and I had to spew thin
