It’s been a week since we were attacked and Kat saved our father from a spell that would’ve definitely killed him. Gibson has been here helping every day to pull the toxins out of her body while I keep it from spreading. It’s been exhausting, but today we’ve finally rid the toxins from her.

“Thank you for your help Gibson. We would’ve lost her if it weren’t for you.”

I can’t imagine a world without my sister and I can’t believe how quickly we could’ve lost her. I told father I don’t care what he thinks, I am going to train her in both the magic she has and as a better fighter.
