Wanting to know his worries!

As they headed to the room so they could go to bed Xavier pulled the bucket yet again and threw up as his stomach was so weak from the alcohol he had taken.

She frowned from seeing this as she now just got up and made her way to the kitchen.

When she got there she saw a plate full of fruits bananas and apples so she carried an apple cut them into pieces and some bananas too.

She looked around and saw the blender to which she made a smoothie.

Something within her made her know that if he drank that he was going to feel full and was going to stop throwing up.

“I will b e fine I promise you my wolf is healing” he said as he looked at her and she was confused by what he meant by his wolf was healing.

“It means I’ll be fine in a few hours I am sorry that I am disturbing your sleep I want you to rest and trust me if Jacqueline finds out I am stressing you this way I would be in serious problems” he explained ending it with a small smile that also held what she could make out as nervousness.

“I don’t care what you are saying, drink this smoothie” she said firmly and for the first time since she had come to the pack she had sounded firm and serious and not scared looking which made him pull back for a while.

“She is a Luna for sure” Mathias said from within with a smile.

He nodded as he took the drink and when he gulped the first sip, he was so impressed as per the fruits she had chosen to make the drink and maybe that was going to be his favorite drink.

“I love it” he said and she blushed because the way he looked at her when he said those words felt like he was inside of her, her heart was jumbling and she felt like juts cuddling and juggling and hugging him for the comfort he held even when he felt he was stressing her up.

“I am so sorry for drinking Nathie, I thought doing so was going to help me solve the pain and fear I had inside of me but I was wrong” he apologized but she was somehow shocked that he as a big Alpha also felt fear.

The way he handled issues and carried himself up when there was a tensed situation didn’t show her that he was one who could be scared of something.

“It’s okay Xavier just don’t scare me again that way because when I came in here and saw you your head just behind and your pulse almost lost, I felt---I ultimately felt I was l;osing yet another person who was----important to me” she said bending her head down as she said those words remembering that she felt that same way the night she was kidnapped when she couldn’t see her father, mother or sister.

When he heard those words from her his heart was softened even more if that could be said because he really wanted her to have that trust in him and just from what she had said now, it felt like she was trusting him and he had to play his cards right, just like his grandfather had said and told him to behave if he wanted her to tell him everything that had happened.

“I promise you I won’t ever drink that way again Nathie and I am so happy that you are considering me a part of you” he said appreciating the fact that she had already started opening up with her feelings towards him.

They were in the room now on the couch, he wanted her to sleep so he could go and meet Jacqueline so they could discuss this feeling she had had this evening when they both touched each other.

“Go back to sleep my princess” he signed tiredly to her as he used his chin to just towards the bed but Nathalia didn’t want to go she wanted to be by him.

“No I can’t leave you alone, what if you feel weak and tired and have to throw up again who is going to help you?” she said as she refused that she was not going to go to bed.

“I’ll be okay I promise you and also I want to tell you that you are sleeping just next to me and if I am in so much pain you are going to hear me and I have no doubt you would help me just as you did this evening or more like this morning” he said and she reluctantly accepted as he walked with her to the bed and made sure she sat there on the bed.

Somehow she felt like she could give him a kiss but if she gave him a kiss he might feel a certain kind of way so the looks in their eyes spoke the words their bodies could not do at that moment.

She signed a calm goodnight to him before she lay in bed.

She was one to sleep and throw the blanket off her skin before she then went on to arrange later. 

He grabbed the bucket and took it to the bathroom just to rinse and throw out the garbage while he watched her sleep at about four in the morning he got up and took a shower to which he dressed up causally in just a jean and white t shirt and went out to meet Jacqueline.

He made a small walk to the hospital are and met Jacqueline.

“Good morning Alpha, why did you have to mind link me that late at night? I couldn’t sleep because I kept feeling something was wrong with Nathalia and I didn’t come over because I knew that if it was so serious you would have come with her” she explained as she walked in front of Xavier as he followed her into her office.

“Well it really is about Nathalia and me” he began and the doctor stood immediately as she turned and looked at him with worried eyes, “Tell me your manly hormones didn’t penetrate her when she didn’t want?” she said as she looked at her Alpha from head to toe and then to his third member.

“Hey Jackie, don’t judge me that way I know better than to do that to her now that she is getting better come on give me some trust would you” he said as he used his hands to do a crisscross on his front pants.

The doctor then looked at his face then before she spoke, “Then tell me what you did?”

“Well yesterday  during the day she had come into the dance room and saw me dancing with Joy, seemingly she thought I was cheating on her and ran back to our room crying, I tried explaining things to her but she had bolted the door with her weight so I left her and went to the dance room explained to Joy who was sad she had met the Luna badly but she apologized and left then I had to get into the room through the window from the balcony lifted her off the floor and made her a new plate of dinner to which she ate before she came and met me at the dance room at twelve in the night drunk” he kind of slowed down when he said the drunk part.

“You got drunk when a woman who is vulnerable is by your side Xavier?” she asked this time not calling his the Alpha.

Well she was the only one with Ax who was given the leverage of calling him by his name because she was a close friend of his when back in school same as Ax.

“I am your Alpha Jackie”

“And I am your judge Judy” she said making him raise his hand up in surrendering he knew he was not going to win this woman.

“Well please listen to me hen Doctor Jacqueline” he now said sassily.

“When she had revived me from the alcohol I threw up and when we were having a small discussion more like bonding I touched her and there was a from movement that shook my hands off her and she too felt it and we just wanted to know what was happening” he said.

“Okay, somehow I am glad you did not have to use your member on her but from my research and studies from her blood work, she would behave that way towards you for a small amount of time because she is getting off wolfs bane and you are somehow her healer if you understand, your energy towards her being loving and caring is what is trying to also fight off the wolfs bane even though you haven’t bonded with her yet she still feels you in her and the wolfs bane cannot take the fact that she has finally found the love she was deprived from” Jacqueline explained.

“You mean I am the one who is part of the help from the pain she feels? Trust me I would want to take the wolfs bane entirely off her right now” he said as his smile was wide just knowing that his mate needed him that much.

They had also discussed many other things and also how he could handle her and she also made sure she told him to take her out for strolls and he had to make sure he allowed her to make most of the first moves because when she did make the first move it meant he was getting to into her soft spot and she wanted him there.

Being someone who didn’t like PDA from anyone he could say right now he wanted his mate to hold his hand, and also just make everyone around know she was his, but he was going to take it slow.

“Thank you so much Jacqueline, I would return now so she doesn’t awake and not find me by her side she might get scared as she had thought that I would die from the alcohol” he said that part still ashamed he had taken his problems to a bottle of El CASTILLA.

As she turned on the bed she realized that Xavier was by her side he was gently rubbing her arm and when she opened her eyes he frowned at her, he looked sickly but not as bad as she had seen him hours ago.

“You got to really love the Wolf healing” she said as she tried to wake up from the bed.

“Are you okay?” he signed worriedly to her as he knew he had been rubbing her arm and maybe she was uncomfortable or maybe wolfs bane wanting to get off her had tickled her but he could have felt it if she had felt that way.

“Yea I am just a little dizzy and really weak” she signed back at him.

She wanted to get up and a little away from him but he scooped her back as he carried her on himself.

He was getting off board but she didn’t seem scared or feel like he wanted to hurt her so she was getting comfortable.

“Rest please” he signed to her and when she shook her head a no he frowned at her cute stubbornness.

“I know you haven’t slept so if you do sleep we both can sleep it’s just seven in the morning, we could wake up by ten thirty” she said.

For a split second she noticed that he looked upset but still she wouldn’t understand why. She decided to shrug that off, maybe he was still worried he had gotten drunk or something but maybe if she had slept and awoken she was going to get him tell her what he was worried about.

“I hope you know you can share your worries with me” she signed to him and he looked at her and somewhere he felt hope, she indeed was getting better.
