"Mr. Ripley, do you suspect the couple online aren't Mrs. Ripley's parents?"

Tobias nodded. "Keep an eye out for everything. Go handle it."

"Sure, Mr. Ripley."

Tobias gazed at the sky as the plane flew farther away. Thinking of Lucy leaving his side, he suddenly felt an unexpected emptiness.

The next day, before Lucy met Martin and Rosa, she spoke to them over the phone. They said that they would wait for her under the pine tree at the Bearclaw Village's entrance.

As Lucy approached the village's entrance, she saw the two of them. They were dressed plainly and had wrinkles on their faces.

Whenever Lucy thought about her long-lost parents, it felt like needles pricking her heart. Yet, when she saw them, an inexplicable calmness washed over her.

"Lucy!" Overwhelmed with emotion, Rosa rushed forward and hugged Lucy, weeping uncontrollably.

Martin, who was equally emotional, added, "My precious Lucy, we've finally found you..."
