Her heart beat was practically racing, and soon it brought about a deep pain which she couldn't quite explain if it was from the fear of her monster of a dad having her little sister, or that he found them after all her efforts to hide away from his prying eyes.

Building up courage, she asked the question which was already eating her up deeply even though she could really guess the answer at heart.

How did you find us?

He grinned mirthfully from the other side of the line as though he'd just heard the funniest joke on earth, and some how it gave her chills by just imagining his evil looking face as he grinned.

Now, don't be ridiculous child. How do you think its possible for I not to know the whereabouts of my precious daughters, and of course their mother? He asked and grinned dangerously again.

A sweat unconsciously dripped from her forehead, and only then did she realize that she was sweating porously.

As fierce and strong she was, there was just one man who she fears down to the bones, and that was her evil, wicked and selfish dad.

This man who was supposed to be her refuge and strength continued to be her source of fear and nightmare.

On her 15th birthday which was supposed to be a day of celebration, he'd declared that she was ready for the task, and had sent her on a dangerous mission with five of his men to deliver a package.

The mission failed due to a sudden gun men attack on her team wherein 2 lives were lost, and she returned in fear and trauma, but he had her locked in the scarely basement as a means of punishment for a failed mission.

It didn't end there of course, he returned later on and forced her to remove her cloths, after which he raped her continuously for hours not minding how weak she grew.

He kept telling her during that process, that it all her fault, and that it was all happening to her because she failed to complete a mission successfully, and so she brought it upon herself.

When she turned sixteen, it happened again, and that was when she understood that every failed mission attracted the same punishment of rape and terror.

It will interest you to know Elena that you have the life of both your mother and sister in your hands. You know, I could actually just say a word and your mother will die immediately there at Brey Field Hospital. He said cutting through her line of thoughts, and she froze immediately.

I must warn you Elena, you know how private I like to keep my matters, and any wrong step taken might simply bring an end to your mother and of course, your lovely sister. He said in a low threatening voice that shook her to the core.

His words were no empty threats, and that was her greatest fear. He cared for no one but himself, and he could go to any lengths just to satisfy his selfish interest.

But she didn't want to imagine the things he could possibly do to and with Nehita just to feel good, and again she trembled from the fear that accompanied the thoughts.

I will do whatever you want, just don't hurt her please. She found herself saying even before she could fully construct the words in her head.

He grinned again, a sound that could easily infuriate her in seconds and yet, she wouldn't be able to do anything about it.

Of course not darling. He said. How will I think of hurting my own daughter? He asked in a mockery filled voice, and she swallowed from the effect.

Well, as long as you agree with my terms and conditions, and successfully carry out the task attached to it, then I can definitely assure you of your sister's safety, but if not, then the reverse is the case.

I will do it. She immediately said in a surprisingly calm tone, and he smirked.

Good. We will meet in a club this night to discuss the terms. I will send you the location. Don't be late. He said and ended the call abstructly, and that was when she remenbered to breathe as a tear dropped from her eyes.

She was very afraid of his terms and conditions, that's for sure, but she had no choice than to strick a deal with the devil for the sake of her sister and mother. She knew their lives not only laid on her accepting the terms, but on her being able to complete the task successfully.

I can do this, Nehita and mom must be OK. She told herself violently as she wiped her tears harshly.

Her eyes went back to the now empty house, as she kept imagining Nehita coming out of the house with her wild cute smile and saying:

"I am OK Lena, you need to stop worrying about me. I have been sleeping inside my room, I am not missing".

But it didn't happen, instead her phone rang again breaking her from her line of thoughts. It was Amelia, she realized in dismay as she was torn between telling her the truth, or just lying. She decided the later was the case and then answered the call.

Hi........ She started in a low voice, but Amelia cut her short with her endless questions.

What happened to Nehita? Are you home? I am coming over. Just tell me what's going on, was she really kidnapped? Amelia continued until Elena groaned in dissatisfaction, and that was when she paused.

Nehita is fine, she is with someone. Elena told her calmly trying not to let her notice that something was wrong.

Jesus Elena, why scare me then? She asked with disapproval laced in her voice completely.

I'm sorry, I was caught unawares so I panicked. Elena told her simply, and she sighed deeply.

Thank God she is safe. Amelia said softly, and Elena's eyes began to wail up with tears. Wherever Nehita was right now, she was definitely far from safe, and she had to remedy that.

I doesn't matter girl, I am still coming over. I am a few bends away. Be expecting me. Amelia said, and before Elena could convince her not to bother coming, she ended the call abstructly.

Jerk! She said simply, and sighed deeply.

He sighed for the up teemed time, as he rashly drew out his tye from his neck with frustration outlined on his face. It was one hell of a crazy day, this he could testify of.

Duello stood quietly behind him, waiting for an instruction that will set him into action, but he was afraid of getting mixed up in his bosses anger, and so he smartly kept his distance.

Vincent took his seat trying to pull him self together since so much has happened today, and somehow the face of the lady kept appearing on his head until he cursed loudly. He hated that he couldn't hurt her like others, and that her image kept popping into his head countless times.

The lady from this morning, I need every details about her. Vincent said simply, and Duello nodded in reply.

The lady was definitely in trouble, for whoever Vincent Blackwood wants details on, is on his or way to doom. With these thoughts, Duello bowed slowly, and then walked out of his home office.

Vincent weakly fell back on his seat and closed his eyes. Her wild cat green eyes kept appearing in his head, and as much as he hated to admit it, he just knew that he needed to see her again. Of course, he recognized her especially when she glared at him while looking very dirty from the splash earlier on; the incident reminded him of their first encounter, and he couldn't help but wonder why he kept doing crazy things any time she was within range.

She was dangerous, this he knew for sure, but yet he couldn't stay clear of her, and it scares him.

Duello returned after a single knock on the door.

Mr. Damian is here to see you sir. He said simply, and before he could reply, his friend Damian barged into the office grinning wildly.

Hello Vincent! He said and sat down on the couch comfortably, and Duello taking it as a sign to excuse them turned and exited the office.

You can not be here Damian, you cannot just come to my house when ever you deem fit. Vincent said in a low voice that sent shivers down to his bones. Though he was afraid of Vincent for some unknown reasons, he choosed not to make it obvious for the sake of his mental health.

Come on Vince, I am trying to help you out of your boring life, but you are proving to be ungrateful. He said with an eye roll, and Vincent struggled to keep his anger abey.

What do you want? He asked lowly after a pause, and Damian grinned excitedly.

I love it when you ask me that, anyways you are coming with me to a club, there will be hot chicks, and you'll definitely have fun.

I am not interested. Vincent replied him simply, and he frowned.

Please Vince, excort me then. We need to have fun. He pleaded, but Vincent wasn't having any of it.

I said No. Now if you are done, you might as well excuse me. He said, and Damian cried out.

I wouldn't let you do any other thing, its either you go with me or you become restless.

****************************************************************************

Coming here was a bad idea, he realized after they arrived, because it did nothing to ease the tension. He didn't know why he followed Damian to his own club, which of course he didn't know was his in spit of his self. Was it to forget the green eyed lady or because of Damian's threat which was of course meaningless? That he was afraid to answer, even though the answer was pointing right at him.

Why do you come with all these guys again? Damian asked as soon as they were settled, with his eyes sweeping all over Vincent’s men who were all in disguise, scattered all around the club pretending to be partying.

I’m a multi billionaire dummy, and many people are out to get me. Vincent replied him after a snort. At least that was all he was permitted to know.

Only a few who worked for him knew that apart from being the richest bachelor in town, and the C.E.O of Blackwood Enterprises, the biggest and richest company in America, he was an underground head of a mafia organization, and so Damian knew nothing about it.

Yeah. Yeah. Got that Mr. Wealthy. Damian said dramatically, and Vincent rolled his eyes.

The waiter arrived with their champagne, and began to serve them, but Vincent’s mind was far from the environment. He couldn’t help but think about her yet again as his eyes swept the dancing floor uninterestedly. He hated the feeling of not being able to stop thinking about her,and yet he was helpless.

Oh. My. God, that chick is HOT. Damian said cutting his line of thoughts, and he slowly looked up to Damian who was staring at the entrance, and drooling too. He slowly followed his eyes, and caught sight of a lady dressed to kill, and he too unconsciously gasped.

There she stood the lady who has been occupying his thoughts for days, looking so beautiful in that Silver-black short gown she was wearing.

The two guys were still staring at her, Damian lustfully, and Vincent thoughtfully.

Should I get her for you, she definitely will be hot in bed. Damian whispered to Vincent who swallowed unconsciously.

She woke up with a start, and with a blinding headache. How did she get on the bed? She wondered, as she slowly scanned her environment with her eyes. This was definitely not her room. She suddenly realized, and then hissed from the blinding headache. She felt a movement beside her, and she smiled. The memories from last night came rushing back to her, and her smile broadened. Get me the footage from the club last night. Vincent said to Duello as he opened the car door for him.Yes boss. Duello replied simply, and waited patiently until he entered the car, and he closed the door softly after him. It was clear that his boss was pissed off, and he couldn't help but pray that his wrath doesn't fall on him, because whoever was unfortunate to have a taste of his wrath might not go free; but he couldn't help but wonder who was the source of his bosses anger, could it be the lady that left earlier? He wondered earnestly. Vincent was silent throughout the ride to his company, but he kept clenching and unclenching his fist from the anger flowing through his veins towards the young lady who had slapped him again.Take me to the base. Vincent’s POVI sat heavily on my seat after the bitch of a personal assistant exited my office, and I sighed deeply. There were many things on my mind, but surprisingly the same subject which was the same lady who I ought not to think about. I lean on my seat and rubbed my temples in deep thoughts. One thing I couldn’t quite explain is my need to hurt the lady so badly, and still I can’t exactly do a thing. All my life, my whole thoughts and actions had been centered on money, power and influence, never women. Now having to think of the same lady over and over again must certainly constitute an insane state of mind. I reasoned numbly. It was so unlike me to keep thinking of a subject, over and over again, unless it had something to do with my plans for revenge, the plans that have brought me this far in both the business world, and the mafia world.Fuck, I think I really do need a therapist now. I mumbled and rubbed my forehead in frustration. I hate to think about her really, bu

Elena’s POVSo I started working at the club, not as a bar attender what so ever, but as a fucking pole dancer, in other words known as the stripper. Don’t judge me though, everything I do and will ever do is as a result of my need to settle my moms bills, and see that she gets back to health. You look beautiful. Amelia commented with a smile at the little piece of clothing I was putting on while getting ready for hell. Yeah, I look more like a slut. I replied her drastically with a frown on my face but she grinned instead. And a slut you will be tonight for the purpose of getting what you want. The lady in charge said from where she stood and I couldn’t help but frown even more. You really need to stop frowning, you will destroy your makeup. The make up artist chipped in, and I sighed in exhaustion. This was never the plan, but with Amelia reminding me of the limited time I had to save my mom, I couldn’t help but do something I wouldn’t dare do on a normal bases. Guess I will h

His eyes widened in surprise. “Really, does that mean you are not staying, I was hoping to buy you dinner tonight, you can at least make it right?” “She will not be available.” Someone said behind them right before Elena could get the chance to reply him. Elena didn’t need to turn to know it was Vincent and so she didn’t turn, she only stared ahead and then back at Eric who was now looking at her questioningly as Vincent came to stand with them. “Sorry who….?” “He's my boss.” Elena replied shortly, cutting Eric’s intended question to a stop. Again he looked very surprise. “Its

I wanted to know if it was a dream that he had slept beside me, or was it a reality. The thought itself somehow excited me, but believing me there is no way I am accepting that conclusion. He had achieved completely nothing tonight and it was pissing him off, but somehow having her in his arms helped drive his rage away. He took her to his own room and laid her on the bed while watching her sleep. She was complaining way too much, and suddenly she fell into a faint-like sleep. He knew she must have been scared, and suddenly he felt sorry for leaving the way he did. He watched her calmly with a little smile on his face at how beautiful and cute she looked while sleeping like a baby. He hated himself for how he was slowly feeling for her, but he knew he couldn’t control the feeling because he was already in too deep. She was about to step back into her room when his door suddenly opened, and he stepped out looking so dashingly hot. It took all her will power not to drool at him, and instead she turned away from him almost immediately and headed for her room as though she was not looking out for him some minutes ago. He barely spared her a glance before he walked over to the door and stepped out without talking to her, and that was when she paused. Was he actually ignoring her? Determined not to let the man ride or intimidate her, she gave him a fake smile which was so obvious that the man’s eye widened a bit at her expression. Was he really threatening her or what? She wondered with a frown directed at him but his face remained static. If I don't stay with her, where else could I possibly stay? She asked him in despair, and he didn't need any thinking process because the desired answer was in his brain. You can stay here until everything is resolved; I have many rooms in this mansion.
