At last, he revealed that three people voted for the citizens and six for Mr. Kennedy.

“Unpatriotic citizens,” Capt. Graham blurted out and they laughed aloud.

The third vote for the citizens vindicated George who was quiet during the argument. None of them could say whom he stood for. It would have been easier to dictate if the votes for the citizens were two and it would be obvious that only the Accountant and Capt. Bruce voted in favor of the citizens.

“This is business and must be given a business approach,” George stated.

“You are right, Sergeant. Besides, no citizens had indicated interest,” Capt. Trenton said.

“And we can't go looking for them. A bird at hand ….”

“Is worth two in the bush,” they interrupted Capt.
