“I could never leave a fight unresolved.”

Daisy’s POV

“No,”

Brittany hissed, walking away from us.

“You know what,” she said, turning back to look at us, her face red in anger.

“You might think it’s all fine to sweep things under the rug, but I can never forget that she stood quietly and watched as you were almost hanged,” Brittany yelled.

“I am not saying you shouldn’t forgive her, but all I am saying is you can’t expect me to be all smiles with her like I don’t know of the things she had done,”

“I love you Daisy, but you can’t make me do that,” Brittany said, tears forming in her eyes.

I was instantly struck with guilt, I had enjoyed spending the whole of my day with Astrid, it was beautiful to know she had a lot of personality.

And in my moment of excited, I had suggested to my friends that I was hoping they could be cordial with her.
