“it’s about being brave, and stronger.”

Daisy’s POV

“Can I come in?”

I was back in front of Astrid’s door. Somehow it felt like she needed to hear it from me that I have forgiven her.

“Sure,” she whispered, pushing open the door wide for me to enter.

I would give it to her, Astrid could never look band even on a bad day. Her hair was perfectly styled, not a strand could be found out of place.

“I won’t be here for long, I just came to get it all off of my chest,” I said, reciting the words I had practiced for a while.

“I had lived with the burden of thinking I was the problem, allowed our father to let me think I was less, but my blessings truly came in disguise,” I started.

“I found my peace here, grew out of the shelf I was locked in,”

A small laugh broke out of my lips, “just the other day, I was horse riding, was it crazy yes it was, but goddess did I love every minute of it,”

“daisy,” Astrid called, interrupting me mid rant.

“No,” I said, holding my hand in front of me.
