Chapter Ninety Three.

Aurora’s POV:

With a smile playing on my lips, I brushed my hair in front of the vanity. Klaus on the other hand was behind me, on the bed, and he was busy playing with the kids.

For the first time in a long time, seeing my full silver hair made me sad. I missed its old color, I missed how dark and rich it used to look. Carefully, I combed through it with my eyes focused on nothing but the ashen strands that almost looked like they were bleached by dye produced only by the moon goddess.

However, I was snapped out of my thoughts when I felt something gently brush against my arm. Slowly, I turned in its direction and smiled when I noticed that it was Klaus and that he was now standing behind me with his fingers drawing invisible patterns on my arm. His eyes were soft and there was an almost pitiful smile on his face.

“A Penny for your thoughts,” He drawled and I smiled before I ducked my head, shying away from his stares.
