RAHL'S POV

I was at a dead point as to what to do and no matter how hard I pondered on it, I never seemed to see a seeming solution. I could see the fear in my men's eyes and though they tried to behave strong like men, it was still obvious. I was lost as well. if I the alpha of the pack could be as scared as I was, then who are they not to be scared.

After pondering for the short time made available to me, there was only one decision to be made and that was to go into confrontation with the men but for how long? We would be greatly outnumbered and it wouldn't take long for us to become things of the past. I rolled my eyes around and drew out my sword from its scabbard, ready for a seeming face off.

"Why don't we climb the trees and hide until they are gone?" One of my men suggested. I fixed my gaze on him with great excitement, wondering why none of us had thought of it before he did. We alighted from our horses at once and began to climb the tall trees that surrounded us. I was
