After Luc left Connor's mansion, it didn't take time for a letter that was directed to Connor to come in.

Jack was the one that received the letter, he took it up to Connor in his study room. Connor was surprised because he did not expect to get any letter from anyone.

He accepted it from Jack, opened the letter and his face looked horrified like he had seen a ghost instantly.

"Liliana isn't dead" the letter read in bold letters. Connor stared at it for a long time with narrowed eyes before letting out a snort.

"Ridiculous, how can someone think of pulling my legs with such a message? Who even delivered this message across?" He wondered checking the flap of the envelope to figure out who it might be from but it had no name on it.

Connor was puzzled, "Could it be that the person who had been sending me threatening letters and messages is back again after being away for a long trip I suppose? Why would the gist about Liliana who is long gone be the matter he wants to push at a time lik
